Prologue

"This is Detective Katelyn of Duskwind Police District speaking. What can I do for you?" She asked over the telephone.

"I killed a police officer." He's voice is choppy.

"Can you tell me your exact location?"

"Bridgetown Avenue, Duskwind."

"Okay. So you decided to surrender huh?"

"No, I'm not surrendering. Send the police so I could also kill them."

Detective Katelyn shivered. The caller must be serious.

"Alpha team get ready, reload your guns and get a grip of yourselves. We're going after a killer."

"Duskwind Police District is on crisis. The killer is on spree."
