CHAPTER 2: The Exiled Uncle Returns

{Bishop Marcius} "I can't believe the King would get a mortal pregnant, what was he thinking mating with a mortal. Maybe now he'll learn why it's forbidden to mate with a mortal"

Bishop Marcius looked around the throne room wondering how much longer the Lord of Eternity was going to be gone. It's been three days since he disappeared saying he was going to be a father.

At the other end of the castle the gigantic doors that weighed roughly a hundred pounds flung open and a man with a terrifying aura was standing there with a huge smile on his face and walked down the giant hall towards the throne room where he knew the bishop was. Upon reaching the doors to the throne room he heard footsteps behind him and quickly pulled his giant black and silver longsword out of its sheath and spun around already prepared to kill whoever was behind him, his sword was stopped by a bare hand before it could even get halfway between him and the person in front of him.

The person who grabbed the sword mid swing was none other than his older brother Tyral, The Lord of Eternity. Tyral looked at his younger brother with little Aeronaut in his left arm and smiled even more now that his brother was here.

{Tyral} "Lian, I am so happy you are here, I didn't know you were around. What brings you to my kingdom little brother?"

{Lian} "Elder Brother, thank the heavens you are here. You are the only person who is strong enough to deal with what is coming our way"

Tyral's smile faded and a look of anger appeared on his face and his aura sprung out. Scaring his brother who knew all to well the power his older brother held. He had witnessed first hand his brothers power in the last tournament of the gods where his brother won by defeating their father who tried to cheat because he was scared of what his eldest son had become. He knew he was going to lose but being the King of the Gods he was forced to fight against his own son in order for him to pass the title of King on. Only the one who had the power to defeat all other challengers was allowed to make a request of the king. Most wished for wealth, fertility, resources, or land of their own but his son Tyral knew his father wasn't going go be able to live for much longer so he requested to challenge his father for the title of King. His father accepted the request and fought against Tyral. Tyral had a great love for his father and said their fight will be without weapons and only until first blood. Being the top two powers still around nobody else refused it and they fought for a couple minutes before Tyral landed a hit that caused the universe to shake and make his father fly so fast backwards he smashed into the wall and fell to the ground unconscious. Tyral thought he hit his father a little too hard and killed him but thankfully his father woke up a second later and stood up with a smile on his face and raised his voice so everyone in and around the stadium could him.

{King of the Gods} "I, King Dragmir, hereby concede defeat to my son, the new King of the Gods, Tyral Drake. Long Live the New King"

Thus announcing to everyone there that he was no longer the King of the Gods but his son Tyral is the new King.

Lian looked at his brother and knew nobody was going to stand in their way. He swallowed his fear of his brother and said

"Brother, the enemy that is coming is stronger than anything we've fought against before."

Tyral who had only heard stories of his fathers younger brother was shocked to hear he was still alive after the past hundred thousand years. Most Gods were considered children until they reached ten thousand years old. (Ten thousand years to a god is one year to us humans). The eldest gods alive that tyral knew of were around eighty-seven thousand years old. His father was the oldest who lived to be ninety-six thousand years old. His uncle was exiled back when he was only two hundred years old. Truth be told he had missed his uncle very much and when he became the King of the Gods he removed his uncles exile status and sent word around the known universe's that his uncle was no longer exiled. Tyral knew his uncle must have received the word. Carrying Aeronaut back outside with his little brother Lian following closely behind. Wondering why his brother is going outside, but decided not to question his brother and followed him.

After walking through the kingdom to the outer gate Tyral looked out upon the lands outside the giant walls and saw his uncle standing on a hill not to far away and raised his voice loud enough so his uncle could hear him.

{Tyral} "Great Uncle Draxus, it is so great to finally see you again after all these years. Did you receive the word i sent out?"

{Draxus} "My dear Nephew Tyral, you have grown so much since i last saw you, last time i saw you, you could barely lift a small tree. Now look at you, your power has grown frighteningly, also where's your father, as the King he should be here to greet me should he not."

{Tyral} "Uncle, I am the King now, i challenged father and won in a fair fight in front of all the other Gods"

Draxus couldn't help himself and started laughing so hard he thought he thought he was going to die of laughter. After a couple minutes laughing he was finally able to calm down enough to look at his nephew and said

{Draxus} "You beat your father, that's impossible, Nobody not even our father the God of Eternity was strong enough to beat your father. Yet you stand there and claim to have beaten him, what did you beat him in Rook?"

{Tyral} "No Uncle I won the Tournament of Gods five years ago, and as the victor i requested to challenge my father for his title in hand to hand combat and won."

Draxus's huge smile turned into a look of shock when he heard what Tyral just said. He couldn't believe what he just heard.

A loud pop sounded and Lord Dragmir appeared right beside Tyral wanting to know what was causing the all the commotion, He immediately saw his little brother Draxus standing on a hill outside the kingdoms walls, and disappeared only to reappear a millisecond later a foot away from his brother. Lord Dragmir had tears running down face and hugged his little brother. Draxus looked at his older brother and smiled at him and returned the hug that he had waited for for so long. Draxus pulled his brother back a bit and asked.

{Draxus} "Why are you crying brother, you have never cried before, why now?"

{Dragmir} "Because I am so happy you are finally back. I wasn't able to remove your exiled status like i wanted because i wasn't strong enough to remove the chains that prevented me from doing so, our father put them on me back when we were babies. He put a seal inside my mind that prevented me from removing anything he did. I'm so sorry brother, I missed you everyday."

Draxus finally understood why his brother who swore to him that he would always protect his family did what he did when they were growing up. Dragmir felt a huge weight lift from his shoulders when he was finally able to apologize to his brother. He felt so happy to be able to hug his little brother again after seventy-four thousand years. Dragmir grabbed Draxus by his left arm and they both disappeared and reappeared standing on the wall beside Tyral, and Lian, scaring the crap out Lian as he hadn't been paying much attention to his father and uncle but was instead focusing on what his brother was holding which wasn't making any sounds or moving at all until just a second ago when he saw a little arm poke out and reach towards his brothers face. Tyral looked down and saw little Aeronaut reach out towards him so he lifted his right arm and held out is index finger to his son with a smile on his face. When Dragmir and Draxus appeared little Aeronaut let out a little giggle that caught everyone's attention and Tyral looked up and said.

{Tyral} "Things couldn't have gone better even if grandma herself was still manipulating everything"

That joke made everyone around including little Aeronaut to laugh.

{Lian} "Brother who is that in your arm?"

Tyral unfurled the blanket around the baby and held him up so everyone could see him and said.

{Tyral} "This everyone is My Child Aeronaut, born from my seed and Ying Chan's egg. His power will far surpass all of us here one day."

His comment caught everyone else off guard, but they all chose that any child of Tyral's would be immeasurably powerful.

Tyral folded the blanket back around Aeronaut and said

{Tyral} "Let us head back to the castle, I'm pretty sure the bishop is probably getting worried and angry as always."

They all walked back to the castle and headed straight for the throne room where behold the bishop and a couple knights were having a sparring match. The bishop loved to spar with the King's Royal Knights, which helped both parties to hone their skills in an enclosed surrounding.

King Tyral and his entourage opened the throne room door just in time to see Bishop Marcius casting a devastating at the captain of the Royal Knights Sir Bastion who flew up into the air and landed behind the bishop and snapped his fingers so hard it rendered the bishop unconscious. The snap of the captains fingers was a spell called at lower power it was essentially an interrupt that only affected spell casts but at a high enough power it could render anyone close to it unconscious or at its strongest power it could rupture a persons brain in an instant. When King Tyral saw this he was highly impressed by the scene and how much the captain has grown in the past eight hundred years. The captain cast the bishop opened his eyes and slowly stood up, Bishop Marcius turned towards the captain and said.

"The power behind that attack is quite strong"

Captain Bastion just smiled and said

"I only used about fifteen percent of my power in that attack"

Hearing that it was the bishop shook visibly which made the captain laugh and say

"Not to worry Bishop, I would never use full power against you."

Which made the Bishop relax alot and he let out a sigh and looked towards the door when he heard a chuckle and a smile appeared on his face as he saw the Kings face. He walked over to the King and bowed and said.

"My King, I have terrible news..."

King Tyral held his hand up stopping the bishop before he could continue what he was saying.

"Bishop, now is not the time"

Bishop Marcius looked at the others around the King and saw not only the King's little brother but the King's father and uncle standing there also. The Bishop knew then that nothing bad was going to happen now that the King's family had all gathered together, making their kingdom untouchable. The auras these four men exuded was so terrifying that if they all released their auras together it would destroy anything that got in their way.
