Blue Phoenix Tree

The special Garden of Sima Long was in truth located inside his Palace, more directly under it. It was the most restricted area of the entire Mountain filled with formations and deadly traps towards anyone who would dare to even come close! After all most of the treasured plants were priceless for most and expansive even for the Core cultivators. In reality this Garden was filled with 90% with the same type of the plant - A tree named Blue Phoenix. Entire Plane was named after this plant! It was exclusive to this area, however it was rare, so rare that most didnt even know that the stories about this miracle tree were real!

The only reason Sima could even posses them without anyone robbing him clean, was because they were inside the Sect and most, if not all the cultivators except the very core of the Sect didnt know that he had them! After all, their value was high enough to start a war. Another reason was because he promised to the Council of Elders that when he will pass away ownership of them would go to the Sect! Otherwise even if the Sect had rules they would still be broken!!

When Sima was young, during one of his adventures he found a semi plane of a powerful cultivator that lived ages ago. Back then these miracle trees werent yet recogonized for their value so gathering more than twenty of them was still possible. The sheer luck was Heaven defying, the only problem was that each of them bore one fruit per 100 years. In the Garden there were whole 23 trees!! Each of them was massive, a small Mountain itself, its a wonder how Sima managed to sneak them into the Sect! Before even entering there Ren Li had to swear an Oath to never share anything about things inside to another soul!

Blue Phoenix fruit was in truth very special Earthly treasure, it could turn any Avian beast with very low Phoenix bloodline into Blue Phoenix! While still impure and only shadow of the real one, adult Blue Phoenix made out of this combination was still Astral Beast of the 5th grade comparable to Void Core cultivator of 5th grade. While it was known that the Sect owned some of them to the outside world, no one knew how many as only few were sold each century. Most of them left in the pockets of the Elders or simply traded to outside the Star sector.

Sima gained much more from there fruits than his Alchemy, it was one of the reasons why he wasted his talent. But another problem was that he loved gambling! Each time the trees bore fruits he would gamble with the sect core members to gain even more! In the end he always lose most only to wait another 100 years and take back whats his!!

Most of the other plants in the Garden were mostly gained from trading away fruits and they were by no means of low value either. The Value of one 9 tier pill was higher than the entire plane like this, but value of one precious 9 tier pill could be comparable to entire starfield! While this Garden couldnt match this, trading everything away would be still enough for at least 5 products of 8 tier of low tier. This value was shocking! Any low 8th tier product was worth more than 99% cultviators of the Void Core 4th grade could earn working their whole lives! And their lifespan was about 4 thousand years, it could simply describe the actuall value of this small Garden.

Ren was actually really pissed by few rules set up by his Master. First, no one could enter this place while he couldnt leave! It means five whole years by not seeing another soul other than his Master, who will come to visit him right?

Another one was the place to live. It was very small hut in the centre of the Garden. There was simple cultivation chamber, bedroom and bathroom. His food would be delivered to him each day with the help of formation, he was simply in something others would call closed door cultivation at the tender age of 7!
