Aran Oden

Aran Oden was another chosen of Bloodlight Sect. While he wasnt anyone really important at birth, his talent let him make it to the top! He looked no diffrent than a walking corpse, he was thin like a starved ghost, his muscles didnt exist at all, his skin dry and pale. His face was sunken, his eyes looked like they fallen into his skull and his nose was no diffrent! ( imagine Voldemort face )

While he looked like 100 years old corpse, in truth he was less than 18. While thanks to his face being stiff his expression couldnt be seen, the look on his eyes was annoyed! He didnt want to enter this trial at all, while he reached 7th stage only this year and didnt have to wait long, he yearned to unlock his innate abilities and element to gain the real power! This trial wasnt anything more than a joke to him meant to expose some disciples to the cruelty of the World.

But he was diffrent, he didnt need any of that! He didnt care about rewards either, but he was forced to take part in it by his Elders to help Garret in case something unexpected happened!

Aran combat power wasnt something he was proud of, his real expertise lied in the usage of the fields to grow some of the more exotic plants that were of deadly nature. Yes he was expert of man eating plants! Sadly he couldnt take any there as he needed more years to make them strong enough. Yet he wasnt weak either, armed with treasures and cultivation base he was strong enough to block escaping path of any Chosen!

While Aran didnt really know the true power of Garret, he knew that he was the strongest person in the Sect below the age of 20! And there were people who already reaches Void Core realm by this point, which in turn says everything about his power! That was also reason he saw this trial as a joke, Sky Fall Sect members were locked here with a tiger they werent capable of running from at all, not to mention fight him. Aran didnt believe they would be strong enough to even run for their lives!

And so, since he was a Monster like this, why waste months of his precious cultivation time in order for him to take part in this stupid trial as well? It was pointless! If not for the rewards he will get later on, even if the Sect wanted to cripple him if he refused he would still refuse! While Garret wasnt well known thanks to him being low key, Aran was known to many on the entire continent! But the reason? His innate psychique was half awakened at birth which in turn gave him this look! But it wasnt only so, he could use the ability related to his body which in turn made him another Monster! No one below 8th stage of Fundation could ever hope to match him. While those with intents could try, his ability was special enough to overcome even this! He couldnt die! His ability was called Undying body, even if he was 'killed' during this, it meant nothing to him! Unless someone could directly shatter his spirit and soul, he was invicible! While his power had a bit of boost it was enough to fight in the battle of endurance. Those who used Intents at this stage had to consume crazy amout of Qi to make good use of it and he directly countered them!

That was also another reason why he was sent there, no one was capable of escaping him! He could be defeated, but not in the short term. Which made him perfect to ambush or block anyone who would be lucky enough to escape from Garret!

While four chosens were making their way into the core areas, every single one of them hard their own thoughts! Some of the core disciples were making their way there as well trying their luck, in silent and peaceful atmosphere 15th day of the trial passed.
