CH 11 TOUR OF SILVER HIGH

RAY POV

I park the bike and slowly walk into the campus where I see people greeting each other after their summer holidays. As I walk through the corridors of the campus I hear people talking about what they did during their summer break like " I went camping", "I got a summer job" all the cliché dialogues were being spoken.

I went up to the principles room were his secretary gave me the locker number class schedules and info on other extracurriculars. I also had a tour of the campus with Jane

Checking class schedules I walk into the student lounge where no one took a sudden notice of me. Harry, Sue and Jane were listening to Justin and Ashley who found the body of the crystal wheeler. Some of my current friends and my old bullies were sitting there was Jaden, Jack, James. They were widely known as the three J's in our school. But I had a better name for the three jokers of our school but anyways leave it that was a long time ago maybe they all must have changed. Next to Jaden, Sappho(or Sapphire) was sitting who looked like he was his girlfriend beside Sappho was Maddie who was sitting on the lap, James. These characters of Sappho and Maddie weren't new to me because during my here before two years everybody knew them as the queen bees of high school. They were highly snobbish and bossy according to Jane. I didn't look again but I sat at the corner of the room and dived into one of Agatha Christi's mysteries.

JANE POV

I was pretending to listen to Justin and Ashley. But I was looking at the pictures of the crystal wheeler's body which was mutated and carved with many weird symbols and shapes. Fearing that it would give me nightmares later on. I just try to keep it away and look at Ray who I should later give a tour around the school. I spot him sitting on the corner of the room reading a book avoiding crowds as usual.

After a while all the students left the lounge I went up to the reader who was I recognized as Ray

ME: Hey

Ray was startled and replied

RAY: Oh hey!

ME: Sorry I didn't mean to startle you

RAY: No it's alright

ME: So you ready for the tour

RAY: Ya ! let's start

ME: So this is the school newspaper huckle and elm

Ray: So you are the editor aren't you

ME: Ya why ask?

RAY: because I want to join

ME: Do you have any previous articles which you wrote

RAY: sure ill send it to you a minute

He took out his phone and sent an article in bare seconds

I checked it out as soon as it came

ME: It's good, your in!

ME: Meet me after school today we have loads of work

RAY: I would have to go and pick up the hope

ME: I'll come with you we pick up your sister then we go to some places after we drop her at the house.

RAY: Ok see you after school

Yess finally I am going to spend some time with him without any interruptions but we would be doing our work along with it

At that moment the bell rang and we left for our classes
