On the other side with xin baiwei and long angius

Long Angius:"great,we just left from the trouble of our parents,and now there's more trouble"

Xin Baiwei:"how come?"

Long Angius:"here comes my friends and your cousins,along with that annoying boy,and the girl we met earlier"

Ahead of them was a group of nine people heading their way,five of them were her cousins; Xin Lee, Xin LingJun, Wen Hui, Li Ying, and Li HuanShu, two of them were his(long angius) best friends; Cheng Chou, and Guo Fen, the remaining two people were the female lead whom they met on their walk; Su LuBei,and the male lead of this world Chen Ling

Xin Baiwei:"annoying boy?"

Long Angius:"yeah,he's always going on about how he wants to be my friend and how he's my biggest rival or something"

Xin Baiwei's thoughts:"seems like he's good friends with the male protagonist,well then he(ml) shouldn't be a bad person either,this means what happened in the original novel most likely won't happen after today when I show my music skills,then I can just relax for the rest of this bodies lifetime"

While she was thinking,the other had already reached them

Cheng Chou:"you guys took so long on the walk,I almost thought you guys got lost"

Long Angius:"that's not even funny"

Guo Fen:"are you participating this year?"

Chen Ling:"are you!?"

Long Angius:"tch,why'd you bring him with you"

Chen Ling:"hey,that's no way to speak to a friend"

Long Angius:"since when have I been friends with you"

Chen Ling:"since I was 10,I've known you for 11 years now,when are you going to admit I'm your friend"

Long Anguis:"never"

Chen Ling:"(covering his chest) ouch,you're so mean to me"

Xin Baiwei:"(talking to cheng chous and guo fen) are they always like that?"

Her cousins and female lead also seemed quite curious to know the answer

Guo Fen:"sadly yes"

Cheng Chou:"although they always seem to be bickering,they're great friends"

Long Angius:"you know I can hear you right"

Chen Ling:"aw!so you do admit I'm your friend"

Su Lubei's thoughts:"this guys seemed so cool when he saw through me earlier,but now...I have no words"

Chen Ling:,hey,don't look at me with disdain,you're eyes are also shining when you look at her(pointing to baiwei) okay!,also what's the name of this pretty lady?"

Long Angius:"her name's Xin Baiwei,young miss of the Xin family"

Chen Ling:"Oh!,I've heard so much about you,I must say,this is the first time long angius has personally introduced someone of the opposite gender,hello ms.wei,my name is chen ling,it's a pleasure to met you"

Xin Baiwei:"nice to meet you too,are you two joining the competition?"

She already knows that with her cousins personalities,they're most likely not going to join the competition,so she didn't even bother asking them,as for cheng chou and guo fen,they seem to enjoy watching rather than being part of the show

Chen Ling:"of course,I'm joining art"

Long Angius:"well,I'd be careful if I were you"

Chen Ling:"careful?...wait,that means you're joining this year"

Long Angius:"I was inspired to do so"

Chen Ling:"yes!"

Su Lubei:"I'm joining the music section"

Xin Baiwei:"so am I,looks like we'll be competitors"

Su Lubei:"I might have to give up early then(sign)"

Xin Baiwei:"why?" Inner thoughts:" in the plot it said she loved competitions?"

Su Lubei:"naturally,I can't compete with my idol" Inner thoughts:"If I could before,I can't now when I realized how much more adorable you were in person"

Xin Baiwei:"thank you,but you should still do your best"

Su Lubei:"That's a given,after all,it would be great if I manage to impress my idol"

Xin Baiwei:"let's have fun then"

Su Lubei:"It's a deal"

Chen Ling:"ladies,ladies,we're still present here you know,so would you please stop ignoring us"

Xin Baiwei:"my apologies"

Long angius:"don't mind him,it'd be best if you ignored him forever"

Chen Ling:"is that jealousy I smell"

Long Angius:"I always thought you were a dog,now I've realized my mistake, you don't even belong to any species on earth"

Cheng Chou:"alright alright,people are starting to look over here now,so how about you two calm down"

Gou Fen:"you have to go register anyways"

Xin Baiwei:"I'm guessing you guys are not participating?"

Xin Lee:"nope"

Xin LingJun:"absolutely not"

Wen Hui:"never"

Li Ying:"na-ah"

Li HuanShu:"haha,as if"

Xin Baiwei:"...I see" (my cousins are so playful,I didn't know there were this many ways to say no,till today)

Long angius:"what about you guys?"

Cheng Chou:"Not this year,besides,it's a competition between you and chen ling"

Gou Fen:"I'd rather watch you guys compete than join the competition"

Announcer:"all competitors to their respective rooms please"

For the art competition,they were given 1 hr,30 mins to complete an art work, each person had their own room to give them a piece of mind,once the time is up, each person would be required to come out to the room and vote and what art they think is better. For the Music competition,they were also given the same amount of time and conditions, but the section of showing art came before the music listening section. Though sometimes is was switched out,and sometimes the situation may change.

I most cases,the art is shown first before the songs are listened to,since showing art goes by faster than the music,there are still actual judges of the competition, if 5/8 judges request and art to be displayed so they can look more into it,they are given 10 minutes to look at the art and give the score, for the music,each song can be played till finish,but every ten seconds of the song,it would be paused for the judges to decide a score for the point,or to keep listening before they give a score

The reason why it sometimes varies is in order to keep things interesting so nobody falls asleep or desires to leave,so sometimes music is put first because most people tend to stay awake through that one,making them energized when art comes up because it takes lesser time than music.
