Chapter 16 The Woman In Red

The wind was violent, and the screams resounded throughout the small village. The young hunters looked at the woman in red standing a few feet above them. They immediately knew that this woman was possessed by a soul who escaped from Peach Blossom Valley. The hunters felt the strong resentment from the soul possessed the woman in red.

The woman in red looked at the young hunters, and said angrily, "Guozhao Hunters…Where is Zhao Renshu?" When she roared at the young hunters who were standing a few feet below her, her eyes were full of anger.

Yang Bao said, "Second master is not here."

The woman in red smirked, "Very good. He locked me up for so many years, and I'm going to kill his disciples to vent my anger."

Yang Bao looked at his juniors and said, "Everyone, be careful."

Four female and five male juniors nodded to Yang Bao.

The woman in red raised her right hand, and the roof shingles of other houses were sent directly to the hunters. Yu Lei stood in front of the hunters. All shingles turned into rose petals and fell into the ground before they even reached the hunter's hand. The woman in red roared.

Weici jumped up and clapped her hands excitedly, "Wow, that's amazing."

Lee Nianzu said, "Follow us back to the cave."

The woman in red laughed, "Ha…ha…ha…you can't kill me. You know what happens when my soul is destroyed. I will come back stronger."

Yu Lei said with a smile, "You value yourself too much."

Woman in red's face darken, "What do you mean?"

She stabbed Yu Lei straight with a sword. Yang Bao sent out a talisman at the woman in red's sword to block her sword. At the same time one female junior cut off the head of a dead corpse when she was about to attack Yang Bao from the left. Yu Lei conjured two red talismans in his hands, and the two red magic chains flew directly to the woman in red, and the chains were tightly wrapped around the woman in red's wrists.

The woman in red exclaimed, "No…!"

The woman in red slowly fell on the roof. Yu Lei picked her up and flew to the ground.

Weici opened her mouth wide, "Wow, you are amazing." The ten hunters turned their heads and looked at her. They began to walk towards the house. "What are you doing?" She backed away in shock.

Yu Lei looked at Weici and chuckled, "We know that you are a fairy, and we know that you are with brother Deming. We choose not to expose you."

Weici, "You guy knows I'm with him."

The rest of the hunters nodded to her.

Weici, "Why don't you expose me?"

Lee Nianzu smiled at Weici and said, "If you don't do bad things and don't hurt others. We choose to look the other way."

Weici felt stupid. When she followed the hunters back to the house, she smiled and scratched her head. She quickly sat down beside Deming.

Lee Nianzu sat at the door. He reached into his robe and took out a small white bag. Then he opened the small white bag, and a guqin appeared on his lap. He began to play the guqin, and hundreds of souls floated towards him. Men, women and children stood before him. The souls burst into tears and lowered their head.
