Both Yuki and Xavier falls into a steady daily rhythm. Yuki felt more comfortable now that Xavier's family has acknowledge her without any prejudice. She check Xavier's schedule and found the announcement event for Lee Group overtaking Emperor Empire is coming up. Xavier has marked her attendance is required. Work will fall at a steady pace too after the event until the airport reconditioned project commence.


Yuki was shocked when HuangMin came to have lunch with her with a bruised face. "What happen to you? Have you been to the doctor? Did this happen at work?" she interrogated.


Huangmin clarified it was his scumbag ex who showed up and wanted him back. He has broken off with the boxer months ago when he show signs of uncontrolled violence. HuangMin asked me not to worry, he will handled the scumbag soon besides he was ok except for the bruise on his face. Yuki gave Kong a call after lunch anyway to ask if he could help to check on HuangMin for the next two weeks.


Still disturb by what happened to HuangMin, Yuki thought about her own relationship. Maybe it's time to introduce Xavier to mum and dad. We have been going steady for awhile now. I didn't meant to hid him away from my parents, it's just that I was not too sure about our status until I realised a few facts cross checking with Minmin over lunch:


Fact 1: I am the only woman who has lived in his apartment.


Fact 2: I am the only woman who has met his parents.


Fact 3: I am the only personal assistant he ever has who knew where he is, what he is doing and get an immediate reply plus could call him at any given place or time.


Minmin said he will die for it if somebody so good is so definite about him. He was right of course, Xavier has always been kind, considerate, caring, not to mentioned their mind-blowing sex together. He has also built her confidence, work experience and listen to her suggestions.


She called her parents that night,"Mum, I'm living with my boyfriend now,"


Mrs. Zhang: You are still young Yuki. Why don't you concentrate on your work first? You do not know how cruel can the world be if you fall pregnant out of wedlock. How do you meet this boy? Is it someone we know?"


Yuki: Calm down mum, he is a businessman.


Mrs. Zhang: A businessman is the most cunning Yuki. You can't trust them. Has he done anything to you? How far are you in your relationship?


Yuki felt a headache coming. She knew it is going to be difficult to convince her mum that her relationship is a good one. She walk out of the bedroom and found Xavier in the study,"Mum, he is really a good guy. Wait, I'll let him talk to you."


Yuki look desperately at Xavier,"Can you convince my mum that you are serious about me? She thinks you are a con businessman."


Xavier said,"Sure, I'll talk to her while you go and get me a glass of water to quench my thirst."


Xavier has already hang up by the time she came back and told her mum has given her blessing.


"What did you said to her?" Yuki asked.


Xavier gave her a mischievous smile,"I am nice to you, I will treat you well, I will love you for all eternity.'


Yuki exclaimed,"I don't believe that's all. There must be more. I said all that and she didn't believe me. What did you really said to convinced her?"


Xavier said smugly,"I just said that we will pay them a visit before end of the year and they should withheld their judgement till then to give me a fair chance."


"Really." Xavier pick her up and head to the bedroom. That night Yuki experience full blown sex without fainting.
