“Kacper...” I whispered as the music stopped. “You’re here…”
He pouts as he raises his eyebrow, hiding his smile. I look away, and my gaze goes beyond his back. I jog Kacper as I saw him, Cadmus, leaning in the door.
He’s looking at us with nothing on his face. Kacper turned where I looked, but Cadmus already turned his back on us.
“Now, your dance improved, huh?” I blinked and looked at Kacper.
“Huh?”
“I remembered back then how you dance…” he chuckled.
I frown and punch his shoulder, but he keeps laughing at me. Well, when I say I don’t know how to dance, I mean I don’t. The way my body moved was hard as a stone. I just dance before for my grades.
My eyes went back to the door, where Cadmus was standing earlier. I still can remember what happened two months ago. How he followed me into the forest, and what I said before I faint. And… also how he carried me back to the academy…
