Was he sure about this? Absolutely not. But was he going to do it anyway? Yes.

He couldn’t think of any other way to solve this situation Josh made for them. He couldn’t let Hailie go. She knew about the mission, a little more than Bryan's liking. She was on edge because of the date and her mom, so there was a possibility of impulsive behaviour. And from what Bryan gathered around Hailie, she had a history of them.

But he couldn’t tell her he brought her back because he heard her train of thoughts. That he heard her thinking about telling her father if one of them got hurt. He just had to play his cards right and then everything still could go according to the plan.

"No, but no one prepared me for this, so I'm just winging it. See? I'm cool." He answered casually walking toward one of the empty but soundproof rooms.

"Oh wow she really is changing you for the best isn’t she?" Thomas joked.
