2.2: Meet The Lesbian

ASHLEE'S POV

"What?!" I shout as I stand

"Ash, they need the help of our company. It makes sense if we don't help, even though we can help them—"

"But, is there no other way to help them? Why do I still need to be in condition?!" I can't help to raise my voice to them. Dad sighed, obviously holding back his anger at me.

"Ashlee, you are at the right age, your dad and I are getting older. When will we see you get married? When we are dying?" mama asked

'Married? Tss. '

"Mom, you know that I like woman—"

Dad suddenly sneezed. "And you also know that we can't accept that." He said seriously

I was just shaken. 'Oh, sheez! Can only women and men get married ... Can women cannot marry a women too? A same sex marriage.'

"Get ready. We'll have dinner outside today, 7pm at Sean's Resto. And they're with us." Dad said, referring the Cuencos

I looked at them first before I stood up. I was disgusted to go to my room.
