CHAPTER CLXIX “ I’M NOT HER, ENTERING THE GATE “

Persephone’s P.O.V.

Every second that has passed added to the time that my mind starts to sink in everything that is happening, on what is happening and what's going to happen.

But it wasn’t enough to fill my mind to make me understand everything, it's not enough for my worries to fly away.

We were now standing in front of a portal, blinding on as it was too bright to look at, it was the time we were leaving but I couldn’t keep the bad thoughts away from my mind and I think they noticed.

“Are you alright? Your hands trembling” Efimia said, who was beside me and to see for myself. I glanced down at my hands to see that my hands were trembling so much that I held it the moment I saw it, wanting to stop it from shaking “Are you nervous?”

“I think I’m more than nervous…I’m scared” I mumbled and he looked at me worried and so did the others.
