Chapter Seven.
I woke up early morning got ready for school feeling scared.
"I had a dream should i tell Mami"i asked myself.
"No, i can't tell her what if its true"i answered my question myself.
We had breakfast and left for school, i was eager to get to school so i can tell my bestfriend about the dream and ask for advice if i should tell Mami or not.
"Batul i have something serious to tell u"i rushed into the class and grabbed her out of the group.
"Whats wrong, you look odd today"
"I had a dream and am really scared about it"
"Have u told Mami"
"Ni i havn't, am scared"
"Why"
"Let the dream not come true"
"So whats the dream all about"
"Wai Abva forced me to marry someone i dont know talkmore of love sef"
"Arranged marriage, subhanallah its just a dream it wont come true okay"
"I pray soo"
"Forget it, be free joor it wont happen and dont forget exams starts tomorrow, you better read ooo"
"Insha Allah, where's Nurain"
"He went to the lab, lets go meet him there"
"Ok, thank you Batul"
"Dont mention and no point in telling Mami cause ba anfani(its useless)"
"Ok"we laughef.
We walked to the lab and met Nurain going through his notes.
"Serious student"we jokingly said.
"Hahahaha i have to read, you guys are gurus minbo dole mj janga(me i have to read) "
"Lallai kam, Allah de ye bamu sa'a"I said.
"Ameen fa"they both replied.
"Exams starts tomorrow i can't wait to finish Allah"i eagerly said.
"Wlh same here"Batul replied.
"Nurain why are u quite, dont you want to finish the exams"i asked him.
"I want to, just that i dont wanna miss u guys"
"Awwnn, we will go to the same university then"i pretended as if Batul didn't tell me anything.
"Tasneem am not schooling in Nigeria"Nurain sadly replied.
"What!! Why?"
"Abba vi am joining my brother in china"
"Ohhh ayya i feel sad Allah"i said
"Dont worry will still be together after all ga social media" Batul interrupted.
"Yeah Batul is right, enough dramas lets study"i jokingly said.
"Yes ma"they both replied.
We studied all through and then everyone left after the bell rang.
I got home and met some unfamiliar faces, i greeted and i heard them asking Abba.
"Tasneem on mauni bannin, Tabarkallah"the woman said.
"Ga twins ma sun girma, gaskia its beeb a while"the man sitting beside her added.
"You guys havn't seen them for five years now ai"Abba said with a smile.
"Tasneem, Minal, Manal this is your uncle, your dad's childhood friend"Mami introduced them to us.
"Ohh Abba told us alot about you"we all replied.
"Abba u said he has a son Mubarak right"Manal asked?
"Yes Manal, he's not back yet, but he will be by next week"Abba replied.
"Go freshen ul, Amnah called and ask for u guys to go Mami apprised us.
"Ok"we happily replied.
After freshen up we left for Adda's house, i took my books along so i can read before we return.
"Adda hatoi hamma Zayyad"Minal asked?
"He just left but owartan jotta(he will be back soon)"
"Ok toh"
"Noi Mami en(how is them Mami)"
"They are all fine, be vi min hofne (they are sending their regards) "we all replied.
"Ehhnnn Adda we finally met uncle Sani"Manal happily said.
"Haba they are back kenan"
"Yes"
"Ohh toh barka"
"Adda lemmi go to your room, i want ti study i have exams"i said and left.
"Ok toh all the best"
"Thanks".
We spent the rest of the day at Adda's house, after dinner hamma Zayyad took us back home.
"Toh bye bye, my regards to Mami and Abba"hamma Zayyad waved as he drove away.
"Insha Allah bye"we all replied.
