"Where could she be then" asked myself.

I began thinking maybe she told me she would be going out but no she didn't.

"Mallam Audu" I called out gateman's name.

"Na'am Alhaji" he replied.

"Wai ina hajiyan take (Where is your madam?)"

"Alhaji ai hajiya ta dade da fita, tace a ce ma ta tafi gida wai ta kira wayanka ba ta shiga kuma dole ta tafi (hajiya left for home since, that i should tell you she called your home but it wasn't going and that it was urgent)" Mallam Aundu apprised me.

"Toh fa, Malam Audu da meh ta fita kuma da wa ( she left with what and who)."

"Ita kadai, daga ita sai dan akuwatin ta (alone with just her box)."

"Toh shikenan, koma aikinka, nagode (ok then resume to work, thank you)."

"Alhaji Allah sa dai lafiya (Alhaji I hope all is well)."

"Ahhh lafiya lau ba komai (no don't worry all is well)."

After hearing the news I knew Tasneem is not coming back anytime soon, cause by now she must have told her parents everything.
