Just To See You Smile

It did not take long until we reached the cinema hall and found our respective seats. I had sped walked up to this point, but it really sunk in that I couldn't outmatch Orion given the fact that our seats were side by side.

He then sat beside me and placed the cup of soft drink into the holder and the popcorn bucket on his lap while I shifted as closely to the other corner of my seat. Suddenly, I felt a brush on the back of my palm and flinched.

"W-woah! What are you doing!?" I blushed, withdrawing my hand to my chest with such force that it actually felt like it could have caused whiplash.

"What are you talking about? It's a date isn't it? The least we could do is hold hands, right?" Orion flashes a confident grin as I contemplate his words before relaxing enough to lower my hand.

"You're not lying to me, right?" I narrowed my gaze at his face while he raised an eyebrow before linking our fingers together.
