To Do A Favour

"Darien! Darien..." Sylvain calls out to me, stopping just before me as he grabs onto my shoulders.

"Huh...? What is it?" I asked, getting out of my seat to pack my bag while the other students started leaving.

It was the end of the school day, some students were headed to their club activities, others to join a club that piqued their interests and the remainder heading home for the day. I was part of the latter group of students, but seeing Sylvain who had already been scouted to join the school's swimming team right after the first day of school— it was pretty obvious to know that he was going to be a top athlete— and it made me rethink my choices.

This could be considered another opportunity to do something I hadn't. Especially since more options are open to me now.

"Do you think you can do me a favour?" Sylvain slaps his hands together in earnest, pleading with me as I blinked blankly and stared at him.
