Run To You

I sat up in bed as I yawned, stretching my limbs in bed as I was still feeling rather groggy. Once I felt more energetic, I got out of bed to wash up. I glanced around briefly but there was hardly a peep in the house. I scratch the back of my head before shrugging it off considering the silence as a good thing for me in light of what had happened yesterday.

Is it an off day for them? And did I act too chummy with Cain...? No, no, no. It's all part of the plan. I'm on the way to be one of the most clingy and annoying types of lovers so he will soon grow fed up with me. It's all good.

Instead of counting my chickens before the eggs hatched, I took a shower but couldn't shrug off the foul mood I was in. There wasn't anything unpleasant about the shower or anything... but something seemed to be weighing on me. I sighed and made my way to the living room as I sat myself comfortably on the couch to glance around before smirking to myself.
