I dared a peek at the phone screen reflecting his expression, only to be filled with dread at the thought of what's to happen to me once he returned. I had been filled with anticipation and excitement in the thought of waiting for his return like a main protagonist out of a long distance relationship, however, I now hoped he would stay there until he cools over from how infuriated he looked.
