Challenging the Tower of Demise!
Zee woke me up, it's morning already. We all are preparing our equipment, and I just realized that I'm still using the swords I took from the cave. Well, it's surprisingly good swords, and I remembered that Shive promised to give me a new sword. I hope she still remembers that promise. We are waiting at the same place as last night for Moglod and Agmuzan's team. We heard someone is calling our names, and we see Agmuzan and his teammates. They are walking towards us, and Agmuzan says,
"Morning everyone! Wow, you guys not wearing any armor? Ahh, Is it alright?"
A brown hair guy with pale skin behind Agmuzan says,
"Heh, Agmuzan. Do we really need them? They look so weak, but the ladies can come with us though. They are so cute and beautiful."
Agmuzan hit the brown hair guy on the head and says,
"I'm sorry everyone, this kid really needs to learn some manner. Oh let me introduce my class and my team's
I'm an Expert Spellcaster.
The kid is Vagraman, he's an Intermediate spellcaster.
Beside him is Durrathal, he's an Expert Warrior.
Behind them is Kargaloth, he's our Expert tanker.
They are dependable, and you can mark my words."
We all nod, and Zee replies,
"It's alright Mister Agmuzan, we are used to it. Ohh and we are not a fan of that, we are comfortable with this. We haven't introduced ourselves and told you about our class, let me do the honor.
My name is Zee, I'm an Advanced Warrior.
This is Val, he's also an Advanced Warrior.
This is Vivi, she's an Advanced Support.
This is Kiel, she's an Advanced Spellcaster.
This is Edith and Secra, Both are an Expert Support.
This is Den, he's an Advanced Warrior.
This is Vex, he's an Expert Spellcaster.

Agmuzan and his friends are shocked and says,
"Nice party! We are happy to have you guys coming with us!"
I realized that here, they didn't have classes like us. So I asked Edith about it and she said that they only have five classes.
1. Warrior (Melee Class)
2. Spellcaster (Mage/Witch)
3. Support (Bard/Priest/Brainier)
4. Ranger (Hunter/Beast Master/Naturer)
5. Tanker (Knight)
They are much simpler than us, and their ranks are based on their experience in combat and competition which is,
1. Beginner.
2. Intermediate.
3. Advanced.
4. Expert.
5. Excellent.
6. Insane.
7. Wicked.
Vagraman clicking his tongue, because he's the lowest rank here. Of course, Zee lied about our ranks. We talked more about our ranks and they believe what Zee said. Not so long after we introduced ourselves, Moglod and his teammates came. He introduced his teammates of four.
Moglod is an Expert Warrior
Ragrok is an Advanced Spellcaster.
Olmond is an Advanced Support.
Dorakin is an Advanced Ranger.
Sylla is an Expert Ranger.
Also his other friend's teammates.
Sorenamu is an Excellent Tank.
Zelgius is an Excellent Ranger.
Koloth is an Excellent Warrior.
Hessica is an Excellent Support.
After we introduced ourselves to them, Sorenamu will lead the team, since he's more experienced with the Tower. The team of 20 people walking to the Tower of Demise. People are looking at us, and of course, they know that we all are going to challenge the Tower of Demise. We are at the entrance of the Tower of Demise, it's so tall that we can't even see the top of the Tower, it's covered by dark clouds. Sorenamu told us the formation. Our team will be on the back as a backup since this is our first time. Except for Edith and Secra, they will support the front line. Moglod and Agmuzan's team will be on the sides, except for their Spellcasters, Ranger, and Supports. They will be at the center. Sorenamu will be the main tank, and his teammates will be the front liner beside him.
Sorenamu registered the team to the guardians of the Tower. We all get inside the Tower, I asked what's inside and how many floors is the Tower. Sorenamu said that the Tower is full of mindless demon monsters, and every 10 floors we will fight a guardian. On the 50th floor, we will fight the Tower's five servants. Sorenamu, Moglod, and Agmuzan's team managed to reach the 50th floor. But the servants are insanely strong, and they failed to beat them. So with us around, he hopes that we will be able to beat the servants this time. He warned us that beyond the 50th floor, we need to be cautious since the demons are equal or even stronger than the servants. Since they're mindless if we can't kill them. We have to escape or death will be waiting for us. I ask Sorenamu,
"Mister Sorenamu, who's the team that reaches the highest floor?"
He is rubbing his chin, and replies,
"Hmm, that was the commanders' army, with 50 Excellent ranks, 65 Insane ranks, and the 5 commanders with Wicked ranks. They managed to reach the 99th floor, but they all got slaughtered by the butlers. A one-sided fight."
Heeh... 120 people with high ranks and they got slaughtered by the butlers. This is impossible...
We are done talking and we are in our position and go to the first floor. The monsters are Imps, Ghouls, Gargoyle. But Sorenamu's teammates killed them all in a blink of an eye like it was nothing. Well, I'm not surprised because they all are high ranks and experienced with the Tower.
Few hours have passed. We are on the 10th floor, the demon who is guarding the stairs is a Minotaur. But still, they killed him in just a second. We take a small break, and I ask them,
"How long does it take to get to the 50th floor?"
Sorenamu replies,
"It took us few days or a week. Depend on our luck."
We all shocked, and Kiel with her panicking face asks,
"A week?! How do we eat?! Waaaaaaaa... I can't live without food!"
Everyone's laughing, and Agmuzan says,
"Relax kid. We can eat the meat from these monsters, they are delicious!"
Kiel is looking at the Minotaur and Agmuzan repeatedly, she clears her throat and asks,
"Are you sure Mister? It doesn't look tasty at all."
Everyone's laughing at Kiel. Then Agmuzan took his knife and cut the Minotaur's meat and cook it with fire magic and added some spices. When it's done, he gave it to Kiel. She bites the meat then she is screaming and says,
"Deeeeelicioussssss!!!!"
We all tried the meat, and it's actually tasty. Since we haven't eaten yet, so we all grab some of the meat from the dead Minotaur and Agmuzan will cook it for us. After we are done eating, we continue exploring the Tower.
Few hours have passed, the monster is a lot stronger than before. There are lots of Minotaurs on every floor, and on the 15th floor, our team became a front liner, and test our strength on them. But honestly, it was nothing at all, and we all killed them in a single hit. Agmuzan, Moglod, and Sorenamu were surprised with our strength and questioning our ranks. But we all just laughed it off.
We are on the 20th floor, and the monster that guarding the stairs is a Centaur. I alone killed the centaur with only two hits. Moglod says,
"Well, if we're this strong. It will only take a few days to reach the 50th floor. I can't believe you all are that strong! We are so lucky to have you guys on our team."
We just keep laughing it off, like it was nothing. Sylla the Expert Ranger, she's an Elf with blonde hair and green eyes and has been staring at Vivi the whole time. She approached Vivi and asks,
"Vivi right? Where do you from?"
Vivi that is busy meditating, opened her eyes and says,
"Yes, Miss Sylla. I'm from Starwood Forest Village, far from Silvae. But I'm just a half-elf."
Sylla tilts her head, and reply,
"Mmm... I'm also a half-elf, but my mother is a demon. So you're from the Otherworld? My father also from the Otherworld. I've been living here my whole life. Is it nice in there?"
Vivi replies,
"Ohh, I thought you're from Asertia like me. But yeah, it's nice in there. Everything is colorful and the weather is nice. If you want to, we can bring you to the otherworld."
Sylla smiling with happiness and nod, then she called Hessica to join them. Since Hessica also a half-elf like Sylla, they talked more about the otherworld. While Kiel and I also busy meditating behind them.
It's already night because we can see the sky through the windows. We are planning to sleep here for tonight, and continue exploring tomorrow morning after breakfast. Everyone is asleep, while Vivi, Kiel, and I continue meditating for a few more hours. Tessera came out from Secra's body and teach us while we are meditating. After few hours, we all go to sleep.
The next morning, after we were done eating. We all continue exploring the Tower. We plan to reach the 40th floor tonight. As expected. On the 21st floor, all the monsters become way stronger than before, and the centaurs are now on each floor. It took us 6 hours to reach the 30th floor, and the guardian is a giant cyclops. After we killed the giant ogre, we took a small break and eat lunch, then continue exploring the Tower.
8 hours have passed, we are on the 40th floor as planned. The guardian is a cyclops, and we managed to kill them in less than 10 minutes. Agmuzan cooking dinner, while everyone is talking with each other and enjoying the night. Vivi, Kiel, and I looking at the city through the window, the city looks so small from this floor. Kiel says,
"Val, Vivi. If it's not because of you two, I wouldn't be here right now. Maybe I'm still alone in Crude Village, that's why I'm really grateful and happy that I met you both. I will follow you both wherever you want to go."
Kiel is hugging Vivi, and I nod. Vivi replies,
"Me too. If I didn't meet Val, maybe after those adventurers took my money, I will go back to my village and give up on my dream."
I just laughed and said the same thing. If it's not because of Vivi, maybe I'll never meet Zee and his friends. Dinner is ready, and we all eat dinner together. After we were done eating. As always, we continue our meditating with Tessera's guidance, and go to sleep afterward.
The next morning, after we are done eating. We all continue exploring the Tower. This time, we all are going to meet the servants on the 50th floor. But Sorenamu said that we will stop on the 49th floor, and spend the night there. So we will have enough energy to face the servants, and we all agreed with that.
