I ask Marie,

"What do you mean? Don't I have to go to the training ground and meet my supervisor then test my skill?"

She is grinning and says,

"I'm the adventurers guild master of the Crude, with my authority. I can instantly change your class."

Edith and Vivi are cheering for me and congratulate me on becoming a Swordmaster. Then Marie says to Vivi,

"For Vivi, this is your promotion quest, it will take less than 15 minutes for you to complete it."

After she lends her the promotion quest, we all sit and read the quest. It says,

"Go to the Church and heals the wounded, with a minimum 90% success rate."

I said to Vivi that it will be a piece of cake because she is been doing that for me since yesterday's training, she nods and we all went to the Church together.

30 minutes later she came out and she's now a High Priest, with her success rate is 100%. Then Edith says,

"Since you both a Tier 2, should I and Shive call you our senior now?"

Shive and Edith are laughing.

Vivi and I are shaking our heads and we are bowing to them and say,

"Miss Edith, Miss Shive THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, WITHOUT YOU WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS."

They laughed and Edith says,

"What are you talking about, senior? We are your junior so please take care of us from now on!!"

Shive says,

"It's nothing. Val, you're like a bag of meat for me, so punching you is so satisfying."

I don't know if she is joking but she seems like she means it. Edith is planning to treat us in Gyne for our job change, so we go back to Gyne. In there I see Secra, Vex, and Den are waiting for us upstairs, we go upstairs and greet them. They congratulate us. We go all out tonight, Vivi drunk again, even Shive and Edith are drunk, as always Vexar and Den competing at a drinking game. I keep hearing Shive is calling Edith her big sister, so I ask Secra,

"Miss Secra, why is Shive keeps calling Edith big sister?"

She replies,

"Because she is the only woman Shive respect, and Edith always the one who takes care of Shive since the beginning, and I'm also calling her big sister, she is everything to us. Oh, and Shive is also calling Zee big brother, it's the same as Edith. But I didn't call Zee big brother, I call him...."

Before she finished her sentence, Edith shut Secra's mouth with her hand, and Edith says,

"Zee is mine. You are not allowed to get his heart. He is mine and mine only, until the end of time."

Secra is laughing and nodding. It seems like they are starting to open up to me, with the trust they put in us, we won't betray their trust and will help them if they need anything from us. We spend all night at Gyne, I'm not drinking tonight because remembering the last time I got drunk, Zee is carrying me on his back and that's embarrassing, and also I have to take care of Vivi if she can't handle herself. When I'm going downstairs to go to the toilet, I see Marie is talking with an adventurer that I haven't seen before here in Crude, is he a new adventurer like us? Or just a visit from another adventurer guild? I don't want to interrupt them so I'll be on my way to the toilet. Vivi is too drunk to get back to the Inn like I'm predicted, so I carry her on my back to the Inn, I heard she is mumbling something, I don't know what was she is saying, maybe an Elvish language. After I put her in her room, I leave her room and go to my room and get some sleep. I'm so happy that I'm finally a Swordmaster.

Early in the morning, I went out for a jog as always, and on my way, I saw Shive on her spot while staring at the sky, this time I approached her and said hi, she stared at me and asks,

"What is it?"

I reply,

"Miss Shive, why are you always staring at the sky no matter where and when?"

She replies,

"I'm worried about my people."

Her people? Well, I'm sure she will not answer if I ask her that. So I say to her,

"I hope they are alright, if you are this strong, I bet your people almost as strong as you are, Miss Shive."

I laughed nervously. She smiles and replies,

"You are right. Anyway, our training from now on is a sword duel. I will teach you some of my swordplays and don't forget to bring big si... Edith or Vivi with you."

There, she called Edith big sister again, I think I should tell her that I know the story behind it from Secra, so I say to her,

"I know you are calling Miss Edith big sister from Secra when you are drunk, you are always calling her big sister and you are also calling Mister Zee big brother. I don't know the details, but Miss Secra said that they both always there for you since the beginning."

She replies,

"Hmm… So can you keep it a secret from anyone? Or do you want to die right here right now like the bears?"

I nodded with fear, she smirked and then she says,

"Tell me when you want to start the training, same time as always, later."

I answered that I will come to the training ground this whole week. After that, Shive left. I know that I haven't told Vivi about it but I think she will also agree with that, as long as she can learn more from Edith I think she would be happy, Vivi and I can do the quest at noon after training so it won't be a problem, and also I need to get stronger.

After the jog, I went back to the Inn, usually Vivi's awake at this time, and tell her about my plan from now on, and there she is with the Innkeeper talking, so I approach her and talk about it, I was afraid that she will get mad with my selfish request but turns out she agrees and says it is a good plan so we can learn more and can do the quest at the same day. Today is the first day Vivi and I will become stronger.

A week has passed, we did 5-B Grade and 2-C Grade quests, hunted bears, lizards, wolves, and gathered quests. Also 100+ broken bones and passed out many times from the training with Shive. Slowly I could handle Shive's attacks, dodge, and blocked with ease because I got used to the wooden sword. Whenever I hold my real sword, it felt like I'm holding a twig now.

Today after I trained with Shive, we all went back to the Gyne to have lunch together. After we are finished eating, Vivi and I went downstairs to grab a quest on the board. We saw Marie is talking with the same adventurer from last week, we were eavesdropping and heard that the guy is a solo Tier 1 adventurer and he is a mage. He has been looking for a party and yet nobody wants him because he is still a Tier 1, and mage in Crude is quite common, so for a new mage adventurer to find a party here is quite hard. If he went to another adventurer guild maybe he will get a party as soon as he entered the guild. I remembered the first time I came here, I was lucky enough to meet Vivi and we made a party together since then.

Vivi and I had the same thought, we nodded and approached Marie and asked her what happened.
