Ana keeps staring at Alicia while Alicia keeps laughing nervously. Ana then sighs and looks at me.

"What were you two talking about?"

Alicia stands up and sits next to Ana.

"Ana, can I ask you a question? I want you to answer me honestly."

Ana raises her eyebrows.

"What's wrong big sis? Yes, you can ask me anything."

Alicia grabs her hands and then looks her in the eye.

"What do you want to do after you graduate? I'm not asking about the plan you have in your head, I want you to answer the question with what's inside your heart. I swear, Ana. If you lie to me, then I will be very angry with you."

Ana is hesitant and she's looking at me, but then Alicia is blocking her view with her right hand.

"I want you to answer me not because of Val, me, Clem, or mother. I want you to answer my question by your own decision."

Ana looks down and then she looks at Alicia.
