CHAPTER 33

JIN

I went home with my mind clear, I didn't  finish to accept my feelings, but I was showing a smile when I sat on the sofa next to Hoseok, at least I didn't have a maze inside me anymore.

I  heard Hoseok's voice, I raised one of my eyebrows.

He sighed. "What happened to you?"

"Oh, nothing. It's just. . . I'm feeling better now." I sighed in relief.

"Were you sick?" I saw on his eyes worry mixed with confusion, but I was so happy with my new point of view that I ignored his question.

"Have you seen Namjoon?" I looked around, but I only saw Jungkook and Jimin eating ice cream in the kitchen laughing about something in their phones. "Wait, no. I need to talk to Yoongi first."

"Now will you two talk? I thought you got into a fight. I'm glad you made up, it wasn't nice seeing you mad. I care for both of you equally."

"Aw, thank you Hoseoki. By  the way, he got into a fight with me, but now I solved the problem. Well. . . more or less. Ugh, anyway, have you seen him?"

"He's in his studio." He looked back to his phone, maybe he knew I wasn't going to tell him anything, at least not at the moment.

I spent 10 minutes in front of the door. We hadn't talk to each other since the day he was with Y/n at the studio, at this same place. I grabbed the piece of courage I had left and I knocked the door, but I felt like running when the door was opened, a pissed off Yoongi stared at me with a neutral expression.

"I need to talk to you." I said before he could close the door in my face. "It's important." He said nothing, I swore his eyes were trying to kill me. "Please." I begged.

"Okay, but we won't talk here, follow me." I did what I was told, only for me ending up in my room.

"Can we take a seat?" I said, walking towards the bed. Surprisingly, he sat next to me.

"What do you wanna talk about, hyung?" He was mad, but at least he was showing me some respect.

"I want to tell you that I cleared my mind, my feelings as well." His expression didn't change at all, but I saw how one of his eyebrows was raising. I took his attention, after all.

"What are you talking about?" He was staring at me. It was kind of scary, but I knew he meant no harm.

"I'm talking about Y/n. I realised what I feel about her, even though I'm still  trying to understand it, I accept it."

"Are you serious?"

"Deadly serious." "Yoongi, I love, love her."

He only nodded. "I'm glad you realised it. I'm also sorry for not talking to you at all, you're also my friend and I should be here for both of you."

I smiled, I couldn't be in bad terms with Yoongi any longer. "It's okay, I was being a sassy beach anyway." He looked at me. There's when we both started laughing.

"You were so sassy, I was ready to punch your handsome face at any moment." He said laughing.

"Hey, stob it!"

Our laugher filled the room more minutes, until it softened and we were able to catch our breaths properly.

"Then, is everything good between us?" I asked, playing with my fingers.

"Never better." He said, we both smiled. I couldn't help but hug him.

"Yah! Let me go! I never signed up for this!" I started laughing again, but I gave him his personal space.

"Thank you." The said, doing strange movements with his arms. "Hey, do you wanna go to my studio? We can work together, I want to show you the new songs I discovered." I really liked the idea, but I needed to do one more thing before I took action.

"It sounds great, but I've to do something important. Can we do it tomorrow?" I hoped he didn't matter, not at all, I really wanted to do it, but my mind had other priorities.

"Don't worry, I'm in no rush."

He went back to his studio, he was making new music. Works of art, to be exact. Meanwhile, I was making my way to the back garden looking for a special someone.

Found it.

Namjoon was doing something with his bike, probably trying to fix  it.

"How is it going?" I asked, making my way to the white bench. He raised his head, I saw something weird in his eyes, but I couldn't identify it.

"Oh, hi Jin. This baby is bringing me problems. Why it doesn't want to get fixed?" He dropped the wrench and passed his hands to his hair.

"Don't get stressed Joonie. Come, sit next to me, I want to talk to you."

He threw himself on the bench, "Tired?" I asked.

"Yeah." He said. "But never mind, what happened?" He shook his head, playing down his own problems.

"I want to thank you and apologize to you."

"How come?" He raised his eyebrows. "Did you do something? Did you broke one of plant pots?" After realising this new possibility, I think he was trying to kill me with his stare.

"I'm not you, Namjoon-ah. Anyway, I want to thank you for helping me with my problems and apologize for how I've been treating you these days, you didn't deserve it, I know you were only trying to help me."

He didn't say anything.

"Are you mad at me?" I didn't really think he was mad, but there was always a tiny possibility.

"No, of course no hyung. To be honest, I'm proud of you." He said, showing me his dimple smile.

"Really? Why? I didn't even explain you all the story-"

"I've may or may not heard your conversation with Yoongi." He giggled. "I went for a cold drink inside and Hoseok told me you wanted to talk to me.  I was going to knock on the door when I heard your voices. I'm proud of you."

"I know." I said with superiority.

"Yah!" He hit my stomach softly with his elbow. I let out a soft giggle.

"You really are my best friend, aren't you?"

"Your best buddy." Namjoon confirmed.

"I hope I'm also yours." He put his hand on his chin.

"Well, we'll see." He stood up, just for kneeling besides his bike.

"Yah, what does that mean?" I yelled, puting my hands on each side of my waist.

He only laughed and I shook my head, he was unbelievable.

I only had one thing left, I would definitely talk with Y/n tomorrow, that was the most important thing. If I was lucky, it wouldn't be too late. I hoped it wouldn't be too late.
