I cringed because he just demonstrated me another shade of him.

It gave me goosebump as he laid on his mattress, directing to his large king-size bed that had space for four people.

I gritted my jaw and aimed to leave when he said, "I never said you can leave!" 

I halted while my hand was still on the door handle. He was not joking at all.

At that moment, I felt the pain that was lashing me from backward and frontward.

His hand wrapped over my belly, and his wings embraced my body.

"What..."

"Hush, I said, you can come to my bed." 

I was scared of him for a moment. He drew his wings back and took hold of my hand.

Aligners

"We must search around to see who had been using those chips. As I understood, dark magic can hide the wraiths inside them and release them after crossing the borders." Patrise explained.


"Isn't it somehow like the way that the Aligners capture the wraiths?" The question directly jumped out of my mind and rushed on my tongue.


"Yes, not literally it is the same but has a different use. Our coins won't break and release the locked wraiths but these are varied as soon as these chips break the monsters would move out." She added.


Monsters trading, it wasn't a joke to kid about it.


"You are allowed to take the Aligners detectives with you. I am letting Delun and Bo help you to find the smuggler." Karmalin stated.


"Can I choose my team, master?" She respectfully asked.
