Tania lived her whole life as a simple modern human girl in the World of Vita where all races of beings used to spend life beside each other and humans were the lowlife creatures while Fays, werewolves, and vampires were the strongest ones. 
She thought that soon grim reaper would come after her because of the rooted tumor in her head.
Who could imagine that an earthquake made by a dark wraith changes everything in her life? 
Who could imagine that the God of the underworld was always after her and caused her misery?

She had only one choice, to survive and align her life due to this strict world.

"The room you have given me is a frizzing one. I can't even breathe."

"Come to my bed, I can warm you." He ordered and it wasn't a recommendation manner.  
I cringed because he just demonstrated me another shade of him.

It gave me goosebump as he laid on his mattress, directing to his large king-size bed that had space for four people.

I gritted my jaw and aimed to leave when he said, "I never said you can leave!" 

I halted while my hand was still on the door handle. He was not joking at all.

At that moment, I felt the pain that was lashing me from backward and frontward.

His hand wrapped over my belly, and his wings embraced my body.

"What..."

"Hush, I said, you can come to my bed." 

I was scared of him for a moment. He drew his wings back and took hold of my hand.

Aligners

The door groaned heavily and moved away. I saw a great hall that the gods' statues were stood on either side, leading the entrances to the throne of nine wings that had a sun in the middle.

My neck was tired and I barely could afford to roll my head up. I swallowed after seeing the person on the throne. He couldn't become a king. He was a wrongdoer and I saw how he killed people.

We halted. I was stunned and didn't notice that I must bow. The guard hit my knees and I lost my balance, kneeling in front of him.

The dark crane was sitting on the throne and his wings expanded. His royal uniforms had embroidered wings on his chest line. He wasn't similar to a king but merely, he was a king.

"I didn't harm anyone. Why did you bring me here?"

He got off the throne and approached me. His hands transformed into claws and black long nails. I held my breath and just watched how he surged to me.
