I cringed because he just demonstrated me another shade of him.

It gave me goosebump as he laid on his mattress, directing to his large king-size bed that had space for four people.

I gritted my jaw and aimed to leave when he said, "I never said you can leave!" 

I halted while my hand was still on the door handle. He was not joking at all.

At that moment, I felt the pain that was lashing me from backward and frontward.

His hand wrapped over my belly, and his wings embraced my body.

"What..."

"Hush, I said, you can come to my bed." 

I was scared of him for a moment. He drew his wings back and took hold of my hand.

Aligners

The whole day, I kept reading about the Nonorite God and how he was named as the god of war. In the evening, Ava came and showed me the building and each corner that Rexona had introduced to her already.

It was past midnight and Arvin was navigating our way to Edward with a flashlight in his hand. I had my dinner with Ava and he didn't come back.

I didn't have any inkling about the training plot that he had plotted against me. Certainly, he wasn't going to let me earn that pixie core very easily.

We were walking on a dirt road where sakura trees were on either side of the route. Their blossoms were flying down with a breeze. It was a familiar scene for me. The Dome village had the same trees. This forest was full of fireflies like those I saw in the Heaven Of Roses garden.

I saw the flapping shadows that were following us, Arvin halted and looked back.

"Those naughty pixies are going after us." He pestered.
