Siren's lament

Andrea saw the silhouette of a man, but the shape of its legs was different. It was curvier and attached. It was more like a tail of a fish than a pair of human legs.

"Huuu, hu, huu,hu,huuu,hu,hu,hu,hu,huhu, huhuhuuuuuuhuhu, hu hu..."

A voice could be heard, a melodious one to be exact. It was as if an angel built for songs descended upon the earth to bestow his melody on earth, but the tune was only meant for Andrea. It was so hypnotic, she could not help but want to listen to it more. He wanted to see the artist of that sung such a heavenly tune. The voice was unlike she had ever heard. She slowly and steadily drifted towards the source of the music.

Andrea's pupils shrunk, her face went pale at the sight of the odd creature. It was humanoid, with hair shining like the sun, its slightly scaly skin glistened and shimmered in the water as the sunlight shone through. He was truly angelic. His tail was glittering as gold would in the brightest of sun. It had almost transparent and majestic fins that vanished into the translucent water.it had a main fin that was surrounded by other supportive fins on its tail. The creature was truly magnificent.

The sight of him captivated Andrea, it was surrounded by a hypnotic aura.

"Are you a mermaid?" asked Andrea in was.

"call me whatever you want"

"No, you must be a siren. Unlike the angelic mermaids, you are of a devilish nature."

"Are you sure all sirens are alike? you humans have different personalities too, do you not?"

The siren was not speaking and yet Andrea could understand whatever he was telling her. The sirens use their majestic voice along with their hypnotic aura to lure humans in, they then suck the life force out of them, so they have a longer life span. The sirens communicate through telepathy, a power that let them speak to other entities mind without ever making a sound.

Andrea knew what the sirens were capable of and yet she could not resist the magnetic and bewitching strain. It was as if she was trapped in a dream that did not give her a will of her own. She got closer to the magnificent danger without any resistance. Soon, her lips very close to the angelic deity's. Was this the end for her... was he now going to suck the life force out of her?

"Stop it!!! leave her alone!!!" a voice said behind her.

Andrea looked behind as she snapped out of the enchanting spell if the siren. It was another siren but unlike the serene beauty before Andrea, the creature was... It was covered in pretty scales but they were not shiny. His existence did not give off a bright radiance at all. His colour was dark green. Instead of a fragile tail, he had a devilish one with thick fins. His face was handsome enough but he gave off a very devilish and hideous aura. He looked like a half-monster. You could just say that he was outshined.

"find someone else!!!" said the green siren.

"why should I? She's a perfect bait. Her body is practically overflowing with powerful aura and life." said the radiating being.

"Because... she... JUST LET HER GOOO!!! she is a Salvator that enough reason."

"Oh yeah? what's the other reason?"

"None of your business. Just let her go!!!"

"Okay fine, I guess I can target one of the other two humans in the water, but I doubt it will work. Only female sirens can attract them. Ahhh!!! I feel the presence of another human. Her life force is not as good as her but this will do."

"No!!! you can't...you can't ... kill her!!!" screamed Andrea in horror.

"Oh well, its not really voluntary, who would want to live in this life of solitude for eternity unless they are forced to. We sirens are viewed as cruel and devilish creatures... but... it wasn't really voluntary. We are just cursed mermaids. The water spirit cursed us for doing something really... I can't really remember what we did, my memories are very hazy. But I remember there were exactly 14 of us that were cursed. A lot of us died and none of us stuck together. The other creatures shunned us and here we are, living a life full of solitude and agony." Replyed the golden shiny siren.

"What do you mean by its not really voluntary?" asked Andrea.

"Oh, we are put under hypnosis just the way you are. The water spirit is cruel isn't it?"

"But why can't you make friends?"

"because its just torture, each friend you make just get killed by you and those who don't disappear into the endless flow of time and."

"When was the last time you made a friend?"

"don't know"

"Do you remember who it was?"

"I... only remember her name... although vaguely."

"who is it?"

"That does not concern you!!!"

There was a discrete moment of utter silence. Before involving herself further into the matter, Andrea who was worried about her friend's lives teleported everyone out of the water onto the ship.

"What's the matter, Andrea? Why did you bring us out of here so early? and who is she?" Asked Blaze in confusion.

There was a woman on the ship, she was beautiful and had white hair, and very pale skin that was whiter than milk. Her eyes were a lighter shade of grey which had no sparkle.

Without a word, she used some sort of ice magic and let her get off the ship and disappear into the horizon.

"Well who was she?" asked Adrian

"I don't know... I teleported every human out of the sea."

"Well, why did you do that?"

"Well I encountered two sirens"

"Sirens and mermaids are supposed to be an extinct species. You mean to say they are still out there?"

Andrea nodded and teleported the whole ship to Amber Land.

(OH YEAH, THE TITLE IS INSPIRED BY SIREN'S LAMENT {A WEBTOON}. SINCE THERE IS A TAG OF 'FAIRY TAIL' ON THIS BOOK, I HAVE DECIDED TO BRING SIRENS AND MERMAIDS AND FAIRIES AND PIXIES AND THERE WERE ALREADY ELVES LIKE TSUKI WHO WAS FROM A CLAN OF ELVES AS I MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS CHAPTER. SHE IS A HALF ELF TO BE EXACT WHO CAN'T USE ANY MAGIC POWER WHAT SO EVER.)

KATSUKE, TSUKI, KEIKI, BLAZE, ANDREA, KIMITO (THE AURFIX KING), BLAZE'S FATHER AND MOTHER, ANDREA'S BROTHER, THE LUST SIN, THE PRIDE SIN, THE ONE WHO WEILDS THE MOST POWER {HE WAS KIND OF MENTIONED}, THE DARK LORD, THE QUEEN OF ANBERLAND {WHO WILL MOVE ON FROM A MINOR CHARACTER}. THERE ARE GOING TO BE TWO MORE SALVATORS THAT WILL BE INTRODUCED AND 5 MORE SINS TO GO. AND 7 MORE CHARACTERS WILL BE INTRODUCED. OH YEAH, HOW CAN I FORGET ABOUT THE TWO SIRENS, THAT WILL MAKE 16 CHARACTERS. I PLAN TO ADD MORE OF FARIES AND PIXIES AND STUFF, SO BASICALLY THERE IS A LOT OF CHARACTERS!!!}
