Ch. 326 An Unexpected Visitor

After pondering for a while, Roxy decided to reach Lydia.

Even though the girl was currently living elsewhere, she was sure that Lydia would never refuse her call.

"Hello?"

"Lydia. Am I bothering you? I need a friend."

"Of course not. But…" the doubt in her voice made Roxy feel bad.

She knew Lydia had received many clients over the next few days. Surely Lydia was busy getting her team ready and making sure all her makeup tools were available.

"I understand you're busy. I'll call you later tonight."

"I'm sorry, Roxy. I promise once my business ends, I will get in touch with you first."

How could Roxy possibly refuse her? She had no other choice but to end the connection. But why did she detect the uneasiness in Lydia's voice?

Did something happen there?

Even if something did happen to Lydia's salon, she was sure the young girl could handle it. And even if she didn't, the girl would definitely ask for her help.
