"Ha....ha ....ha ...ha" the sound of excited breathing was the only indication of someone's presence in this otherworldly darkness as Takeshi took in all the information. He was shaking in disbelief and excitement as he saw before his very eyes his boyhood dreams and fantasies taking shape.He couldn't believe it! This was too good to be real! ....It took him a couple of minutes to calm down and compose himself but one could still tell his obvious delight even though he had no facial features.It was radiating off from him in waves.He had all the abilities of Whitebeard!What more could he want!Even though he wouldn't be as powerful as him right from the start,it was only a matter of time.The only thing that worried him was the Note that indicated that the chosen powers would be adjusted according to the power system of the chosen world.Then what if he chose a world devoid of supernatural powers.Would this all go down the drain.Or will it be downgraded to an acceptable level.There was no explanation given.
"I guess I'll just have to figure it out on my own."He looked down at the screen and continued browsing."I have only 10,786₩ left.I have to be careful.."
He then selected The Rokushiki , Rokuogan and Semei Kikan next costing him another 5,000₩." The users hair can even be shaped in the form of multiple hands which are just as versatile and prehensile as real hands.The user can also control their involuntary functions, such as digestion.
Seimei Kikan, when used in conjunction with Kami-e, allows the user to manipulate their muscle mass.
It's an ability similar to bio feedback.It is an awesome ability.While The Rokuogan is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style.It uses physical strength to launch devastating shockwaves in forward direction.If I can combine tremor-tremor fruit with this technique then..." He shuddered just thinking about it.The pure concentrated beam of vibrating destruction would be unstoppable.Now all that was left was to choose a specific fighting style that can complement his abilities.The power of the tremor-tremor fruit was too great.He couldn't use it all the time as it was too destructive.While the Rokushiki were more like a single move superpower than a fighting style.So the only choice left was of course Hasshoken or also known as the Eight-Impact fist.This fighting style allows the user to control vibrations around their limbs to generate shock waves. This shockwave is powerful enough to destroy a metal shield.This fighting style can be utilized on any limb of the user's body, whether it be the head, fists, legs, or elbows.Thus using only a tiny fraction of the tremor-tremor fruit's power in conjunction with Hasshoken can allow him to easily defeat cannon foder without destroying the whole town or the city with earthquakes or resulting tsunamis.
Thus making up his mind he immediately purchased Hasshoken for 500₩.

' Well well well ... let's see what we have here.....ohh Dragonball world huh ...That's a lot of Points but i guess you could with the right race and a competent teacher become a god there, but all there packs were so expensive,And Goku,Vegeta and Broly are still alive so I can't leach off there Inheritance...hmmm it's too risky , maybe if i had more points.Then there is Naruto huh...well that's a world that i will stay as far away from as possible. Killer Ninjas,Constant wars,The otsutsuki clan,That's just one thing after another but the true reason is that I will never have true freedom there as it is a war torn world with a self proclaimed god out to deliver 'pain' controlled by a tragic lovesick uchiha with overpowered eyes who is in return manipulated by his supposedly dead ancestor with even more overpowered eyes who himself is manipulated by a living shadowy creature zetsu...ughh,just thinking about all of this makes my head hurt.There is just too much betrayal and manipulations going on there and I am not confident enough in my intellect and wit to not fall prey to there schemes.There is just no way to remain under the radar in a world of ninjas with the kind of power I hold.The 5 elemental nations would surely not let go of a person who weilds the power of a literal natural disaster like an Earthquake.I would either have to affiliate myself with one of the elemental nations and try to survive the following assassination attempts by the other 4 great nations and many subsequent smaller nations Or completely remain neutral which in other words mean going against the elemental nations because, well....they are ninjas, You either work for them or you die...there is no third option....unless you kill them first of course...but then it would a life of constant conflict for me and I don't want to waste my second life fighting all the time.Hiding first and then emerging later when I am strong enough is also not an option as how can I hide when training my powers would result in earthquakes.The elemental nations will surely try to investigate it and then I'll have to either confront them unprepared, join them or continue living life as criminal,always on the run.If I do join a village I will surely be expected to use my powers in the best interests of the village; weather it be kill innocent family members of opposing parties or perform raids on hostile shinobi.There is just too much death...and I hate unnecessary violence.The last option would be to remain as a civilian..but..."hah ...what's the point of gaining all this power...this second chance at life and not using it to the fullest...It's not every day that you get chosen by some higher power to have the privilege of living a second life.I would rather adventure into uncharted territories, learn about new cultures,meet new and interesting people,Laugh and have fun while being a total badass all around.That is the kind of life I want to live" .As he finished his proclamation he returned his attention back to the blue screen and continued;
'...hmm bleach is a great world but...what is this uneasy felling I am getting.....I think I am forgetting something....hmm...I think if I remember correctly;didn't the final boss of Bleach have some crazy future sight!!..hmm...I think it was called 'The Almighty' and it wasn't just future sight it was something much worse than that as it could see everything that is to occur from the present moment into the far-flung future. He can "know" everything that lies within that gaze. Rather than seeing a linear future, Yhwach observes all possible futures at once like countless grains of sand in the wind, and can thus act accordingly using the knowledge he has gained to anticipate and counter his opponents but that wasn't the end,what was truly frightening was its true power.Yhwach states that the true power of The Almighty is the ability to alter the future into whatever outcome he desires. He utilizes this power by setting up traps where he knows his opponents will be and preemptively attacking them before they realize. He can also outmaneuver any defense and countermeasure they use to protect themselves in order to facilitate his attacks. HE CAN EVEN REWRITE HIS OWN DEATH.How do one even begin to counter such an ability!?Ichigo is just a living cheat!He is a perfect hybrid of all the major races in Bleach Universe.Only him and the spirit king have any real chance of defeating him...but the spirit king is sealed and amputated.I don't want to go to a world with such a bleak future.I don't know how they even managed to defeat him in manga.I would have to spend more than 20,000 ₩ in the power section before i can get an ability that can counter or negate something like 'The Almighty'.But then I can't get Whitebeard's power that I have always fantasised about.If I just reincarnate as it is now in the bleach world my survival will entirely depend on Yhwach's assessment of my threat level.I would surely appear as an anomaly on his radar since my arrival will throw all the previous futures he had seen out of the window.I would be completely at his mercy!....so can't go to bleach either hmmm...what's next...'
'.....oh One piece huh oh yeah! let's go! That's what I am talking about.A vast world with countless islands and fantastical creatures.Different cultures,religions and Ideals.Such a diverse world.It's Eichiro Oda's masterpiece and one that I love deeply.This world is so big with all kinds of fantastical things..Sky islands!!...Fishman Island!!..The Grand line!..the Red Continent...the 4 Blues. There is just so much to explore that I doubt I will be able to do it in a normal
human lifespan.I can have the chance to meet actual Giants,fishman and even those knockoff angels of skypiea!Whitebeard have proved himself in this world as with his power he became "The strongest man in the world" If what this screen is telling the truth and I can really become as powerful as Whitebeard was when he was in his prime then I can easily become the Topdog of the sea. No questions asked! I can even get One Piece If want to as I already know the locations of three out four red poneglyphs.Finding the last one won't be that challenging.I can have all the freedom I want there so I have no complaints...but ...there are a couple of drawbacks to this world now that I think about it.First of all unlike Dragonball,Naruto and the Bleach world if I go to the One Piece world I will suffer the same weakness as all other devil fruit users face which is the sea.And since it is an aquatic world The sea is everywhere.But it isn't a major problem as long as I remain cautious.This wasn't a problem with the previous worlds as according the Note the powers I will Inherit from Whitebeard would be adjusted according to the local power system.Whether it be in the form of a magical ability in Dragon ball , the product of kekkei genkai or possibly a kekkei tota in the Naruto world or as result of a fullbringer/zanpakto ability in Bleach.And the curse only affects devil fruit abilities.
But the second and most important thing is the timeline.As there cannot be two wielders of the same devil fruits at one time.And just like he feared after checking the Timeline option in the One Piece category he couldn't put the date from 1450 onwards basically meaning that if he wanted to reincarnate there he would either have to reselect his powers or reincarnate in the past.This was a difficult situation as he really liked one Piece but wasn't willing to give up his advantage in the form of knowledge of the future events.
"I have no idea what kind of political situation was at that point in the One Piece World.It could turn out to be completely different from the story I know.There is no need to take unnecessary risk.I have so many other options.If none satisfy me then I'll choose this world."
'...hmm what's next..ohh..Fairy Tail huh....interesting...very interesting...A vast unexplored world...check...A suitable power system for my abilities...check!....Intresting people and fun adventures check!! Badass characters.. Mythical creatures...check!!!...Beautiful girls. check!!!!'
"All check!!!.Although the last one isn't a priority or anything but still hehehe it sure helps.This is it.This is what I have been looking for.A world as diverse as One Piece.Where every villain is just a victim of unfortunate circumstances not including Everlue of course.That guy was pure evil.The whole Fairy Tail series takes place in The kingdom of Fiore which is nothing compared to all of Isghar.And then there are the other two continents....hmm...this is it...let me just browse through all the others and see if I can find a better option otherwise I am going with Fairy Tail!!"
After five minutes of cruising through all the other options and not finding anything particular catching his eye he took a deep breath and opened the Fairy Tail tab to fill in the details and then proceed with his second life.

The wheel started spinning rapidly and continued so for a minute or so before finally slowing down and coming to a stop on a red strip.

He grumbled as he continued eagerly observing the spinning wheel.This time it took a little bit longer then before.He assumed it was related to the amount of price being higher.Finally after what seemed an eternity to him the wheel slowly came to a stop.

"..sigh...I should have known...This thing is a fucking scam.I lost 150₩ for nothing! well let's check what it is and then get to character customization...sigh"

In front of Takeshi was a 3d Hologram of a naked young man standing at 6'3"(190.5 cm).He had broad shoulders with a fit and toned abdomen supporting an eight-pack.Upon those shoulders rested an extremely Handsome and manly face that would have given any model in his previous life a run for their money.He had wavy golden hair that were swept backwards and reached till his shoulder blades.As he looked downstairs "...hmm...maybe it's too big...hmm...nah it's an anime world nothing is too big there ...hahaha...ok I'm all set now, all that's left is to get rid of the remaining points."
As he thought about it his mood suddenly plummeted as he was once again reminded of his previous experience with the lottery.

Saying this he immediately opened the lottery option and dumped all his points there.The wheel started rapidly spinning but he didn't give it much thought as he just wanted to get it over with and start his new journey.

Before he could say anymore the blue screen in front of him burst into millions of tiny particles and the space all around him started to shake violently!It seemed to be on the verge of collapse.
"oh shit!"Those were his final words before he lost consciousness and the entire domain of darkness collapsed into a giant vortex sucking in the hapless soul.
