"Its comfier than I expected" Grup said
Grups then scavenged inside of the pod, he found a leaver "This must be the starting mechanism that makes this monstrosity move" Grups said
Grups then swiftly Pushed the leaver, then the pod started to shake, and steam came out of it.
"What an interesting device" Grups said
As Grups said that, he and the pod got launched down the tube, Since Grups was inside the pod he couldn't tell what was happening on the outside.
But he knew he was going down the tube at highspeeds.
"You have safely traveled THE EXPRESS please get out of the pod" The robotic voice said
The voice was coming from the speaker on the ceiling, from this info Grups knew he made it safely.
Grups then pushed on the entrance of the pod from the inside, and the pod pushed open with a small *CREEK*
As Grups got out of the pod, he was met with none other than the colonel, "Hello professor I hope you did not have a bumpy ride" The colonel said
In his iconic joking tone, "It was fine don't worry about it, anyways since we're here where is the target your WAP captured" Grups said
"Don't worry she's here, come and follow me, this place is bigger than it looks" The colonel said
The colonel and Grups, passed by many places in the base of WAP, some were torcher chambers others were slave rooms, some of the slaves were used for experiments.
They tested cruel experiments, for example the theory that people of colour have some type of immunity to mustard gasses, and to prove that theory they would actually people in locked and sealed chambers while pumping mustard gas into it.
"Cruel I know, but i've been in here long enough to ignore all these things" The colonel said
In a rare stern and serious tone, "Were here" The colonel said
Abruptly stopping, in front of what of a wooden door, with cut marks and many type of damage done to it, but it was still standing strong, keeping whatever was inside locked in the room.
"The target will be in the room, good luck" The colonel said
As the colonel said that, he turned around and went into the direction of the pods.
