Chapter 4: Divine Chapter

After Toro finished reading the second chapter he wanted to start cultivating directly after rereading the first one.

But after rethinking what old man Robo said about the [Basic Cultivation Manual for Beginners] having a third chapter he wanted to take a look.

After turning some pages, he came to the third chapter.

After reading the first words of the third chapter, Toro understands what old man Robo said with that he does not know what it does, but he is also puzzled.

The word of the third chapter is not really a word but mystic runes that no one could understand. They are like mystic words that can contain many truths beyond the world.

But the thing that makes Toro puzzled is that he can understand them.

[Third Chapter: Divine Constitution]

[Hello fellow divine being. You are probably confused why you can read these words but not your fellow man.]

[There is an easy explanation, you are a divine being.]

[Don´t take me wrong you are no god or something like it. You are more an anomaly in the heavenly world and under it. I will explain it.]

[Like myself, you are a human or some other creature with a divine constitution. Through this divine constitution, you are not bound by the heavenly rules. You exist outside of it.]

[There are two kinds of divine beings. Innate divine beings and acquired divine beings.]

[While innate divine beings are the first one of their lineage and have a real divine foundation that is inexhaustible, acquired divine beings are mostly descendants of innate divine beings who awakened their divinity or someone who broke out of the heavenly rules through some methods.]

[For example, a long time ago someone fused the fire and water law, and through that, they broke automatically out of the heavenly constraints. But these methods can only be used once, after that the heavenly dao notices them and it fixes them.]

[The difference between innate divine beings and acquired divine beings is really big. To the extent even that some say acquired divine beings can be called false divine beings and only innate divine beings are called true divine beings.]

[The biggest difference is between the two, is that innate divine beings have a true divine foundation that is inexhaustible and bound to their existence. Acquired divine beings have also a divine foundation but theirs is technically not inexhaustible.]

[While it is nigh impossible to truly deplete it, it can be stolen at a great cost. Also, their divine power can be stolen or used to make pills without stealing the foundation. But innate divine being's divine power or also called divinity can not be stolen. Not their foundation and also not only their divinity.]

[Also while innate divine beings are completely out of constraints of the heavenly dao and the heavenly rules, acquired divine beings only are mostly free of it. Some rules still do apply to them.]

[While that said, before explaining the major perks and downs of divine beings let's find out if you are an innate or acquired divine being. Just read the rune in the next line. If you read innate divine being then you are an innate one and if you read acquired divine being then you are an acquired one.]

Shocked from what Toro just read, he needs a few seconds before realizing what of a shocking thing he just learned.

After calming down a little bit he starts to read the next line and he is directly filled with happy and ecstatic emotions.

[Innate Divine Being]

[Now that we cleared that, let me explain the perks and down of divine beings.]

[Because you are not bound by the heavenly rules, you won´t have their limitations in cultivation realms. For example in the qi condensation realm normal people can only open nine meridians.]

[But there are not only nine meridians but thirteen. As a divine being one can easily open the tenth, eleventh, and often the twelfth. For acquired divine beings the twelfth meridian is really difficult and the thirteenth nearly impossible because they are still partly bound by the heavenly rules.]

[But for innate divine beings opening the thirteen meridians is easy, one has just to stay a little longer in the qi condensation realm. These restrictions that are not applied to divine beings are found in almost every cultivation realm. Because of that many divine beings are very strong and nigh-impossible to kill or even beat in the same realm.]

[While another perk is that one does not go through heavenly tribulations at breakthroughs, it is also at the same time a downside. The reason for this is that the heavenly tribulation does not want to kill the cultivator but mostly temper them.]

[Another downside is that one cannot have luck. Luck is given by the heavenly dao and heavenly rules for making merit or being born as a genius. But as someone who is out of the rule of the heavens one has of course one has no luck. But the perk of it one also can not gain bad luck or sin, through various acts.]

[But the most important advantage is the lifespan. Divine Beings have a very long lifespan, as long they have enough energy they could live forever. Even in the first stage of qi condensation divine beings can live for around thousand years.]

[The other perks and downs you have to understand yourself, that will also help you to grow as a divine being. Now cultivate well maybe we will meet in higher worlds.]
