“WARRIOR HAS WHAT!?!”
PRESENT TIME
Dimitri Pov:
This can't be happening. I really do not want to see the outcome right now. Why is this happening? I mean I know Warrior is not a really innocent little girl but she is a great kid. I may be being biased but Warrior is not like other kids and not because she was born into the mafia. Warrior is smart but people underestimate her to be a housewife when it comes to the business we are in. One day Warrior decided to fight in the gym and focus on her limited training when there was this “man” who decided to tell Warrior why she wasn't in the kitchen with the other girls. Warrior knew what she meant and got mad. I arrived just in time to pull Warrior off the man and stop her from killing the guy. I, Nathaniel, Blade, Blaze, Carmen, almost every man and only a few women treat Warrior if she was one of the guys. We treat Warrior with respect, honesty and loyalty. I never want to lose Warrior. Warrior has been thinking of making a few more mafias.
Warrior is only five and is already thinking of becoming a leader of a mafia. She is one of a kind. Warrior may have a few disabilities but she is always proving people wrong. Warrior was born 1 pound and 10 ounces. Doctors said she was not going to survive because she was not breathing when born and her lungs were not even developed yet. They said it was most likely that she was going to die until morning. But, morning passed until the night and Warrior was still alive. I hope she is okay.
“Warrior needs new lungs and a new kidney. But, even after the transplants she is going to be hospitalized because of her conditions when it comes to her mental health and physical health,” a tall, tanned woman in a white cloak said in a worried look. That was when I realized that Nathaniel was pointing his gun at the doctor.
“Babe, put the gun down,” I heard Daniel trying to calm down Nathaniel to put the gun down.
“What happened to Warrior,” I asked with focus trying to understand the problem and Nathaniel pointing a gun at the doctor was not helping.
“Warrior has kidney cancer that has spread to the lungs. It is killing her very slowly especially since there was poison found in her body.”
“What, how is this possible,” Blade asked with anger but trying to calm himself down.
“We are not technically sure yet but we do know that warriors have been consuming this drug for a very long time. maybe since she was three. Only small amounts. This position should have killed warrior since the first dose. So, we are really amazed about this case.This poison is called Strychnine. It is what caused the kidney failure. It was giving warrior difficulty breathing.”
“What is this drug for,” Daniela asks.
“Umm… this drug is mainly used to kill parasites but, mostly rodents.”
“Oh my god,” I said in a scared angry-ish voice.
Everyone in the room gasped.
“we made sure to get rid of the poison but it came with bad effects. She will need a new pair of lungs and a new kidney.”
“i will donate a kidney.”
“NO,” said Nathaniel in an angry voice. Not even Daniel could stop him.
As the doctor was about to leave she said,’ My name is doctor Samir. I am going to leave and give you guys some time for yourselves to talk this through. Also, warrior has a rare blood type. She has a blood type of AB-negative. Only less than 1 percent of Americans have this type of blood. it is going to be hard to find a donor.”
Nathaniel Pov:
This can’t be happening right now. Warrior has kidney cancer. Someone has been feeding her poison. That’s impossible. I am a stay at home dad. I don't let anyone come to the house. I know it's not the guys. it has to be from Daniela’s home. In New York. That is the only place where I take my eyes off Warrior. No one gets to harm my family and live to tell the tale.
“Please dad. Let me help her,” Max was pleading and begging with the puppy eyes.
“Fine, but you have to see if you guys are a match. We also need a donor for the lungs.”
“I have a friend who is a lung donor he might be able to help,” Dimitri said ina confident but worried voice.
“Really,” Blade asked.
“Yeah, I mean his wife passed away a few moths ago and he really wants to be with her. I tried getting him some help but, it does not work,” Dimitri explained.
“Okay, get a hold of your friend and the docotrs will have to run tests on Max and your friend.”
“Okay, but now we will have to take rest. We dont know what Issac is planning so we are going to take shifts protecting warrior.”
“Anyways, werent you supposed to be ina coma max,” Blade asked.
“yeah, but the doctors said it technically was not needed in a way.”
“Unless I am watched than i am okay.”
“Okay, i will take first watch with Dimitri and everyone will take rest.”
