I stare at him unable to answer him. I just stare at him.

“Can you stop that?” Lucas says while he grabs my hands making me look at him. “This is Ava. The child the decided to give away. He says. “And we have decided to adopt her.” He explains. The guy looks shocked at his work.

“Ava, this is Conner. The leader if the gang.” Jackson introduces.

“Okay. Why have you guys decided to adopt her?” Conner asks.

“Well her parents dragged her out and sold her to us. So she has no where to go. So we have volunteered to be her guardians.” James explains.

“Okay.” He says while turning around before he leave he turns back to me. “Ava come with me.” He says then he starts to walk away.

I follow him quietly. We walk into a room that looks like and office. There is a book shelf on the wall, it’s behind the desk. He walks up to the desk and sits on the chair. I walk up to the desk and sit in the chair in front. There is a couch at the corner of the room.
