You Won't Understand Me

"He's scary today," officer Tong commented and JJ looked up from his computer screen. 


"Wang Sir," she answered. "He's extra scary today. He didn't even look at me when I wished him good morning. And he's giving that angry German Shepherd vibes. Look!" 


They saw their senior pass from before their area, glaring at his phone as he did. JJ and Tong exchanged glances. 


"Looks like a boyfriend problem," Officer Chen commented from the side, joining their gossip. Apparently, the juniors were not as quiet as they thought they were and the senior had been unintentionally hearing their conversation from the start. "I get the same way when I argue with my wife. He probably fought with his boyfriend." 


Tong marvelled and JJ nodded, "Hm! That must be it." 


"Wanna go talk to him?" Tong suggested. 


The other two men looked at her and then at each other. "Nah!" They said in unison and Tong threw her hands. 


A hospital visit
