PART IV: THE FUTURE OF A CAPTAIN

My life does not end here, the years passed and passed, and the sea had prepared another surprise for me, I met again with an old friend who had been my girlfriend and even more my impossible love, the love we had was so perfect but the obstacles, the age, the mind did not let us continue; to my surprise the spark of love between us was reactivated, some time later we got married and had two wonderful children, Lucy and Dylan. At that time I became a captain in the navy and although it was little time I spent with my children I was grateful for every day, hour, minute and second I spent with them, they were my greatest treasures in life; by my 35 years (five years after I rose to the rank of captain) everything seemed perfect, but like the sea when the tide changes, my life was about to change drastically and not for the better.
