The Casalyians are a noble race, maintaining the isolation their mechanical city in the sky affords them. Their abilities and wisdom exceed those of the humans.

But sixteen-year-old Creed Angelus has applied to the Council of for permission to visit with the Humans. His goal is clear and attainable, study the humans to see if his race could live with them.

But some stand in his way. The very same council members who permitted him are now targeting him. Finding offense in his unlikely heritage, they will pursue any avenue to destroy Creed.

Sizzler rolled on top of Sue, punching left, right and then center, aiming for her head. 


Sue struggled, worming her small frame around. 


As the two Nards lunged for the Nard king, he tossed Mininna aside. 


Vincent reacted, breaking out of his stupor. He quickly expanded his wings, taking flight to catch Mininna in mid-air. The Nards attacked at the same time, ripping into their king. 


Creed tried to comprehend the madness around him. He saw Crystal land a hit on Monett. 


Monett went flying back, knocking into a broken pew with an echoing thud. She grimaced. How can this mortal out-class me, she thought, as her attention slowly shifted to the pups yelping. Monett grinned, charging her hand. Electric energy slowly surrounded her hand. She jumped up screaming, "Electrisa," and rushed toward the pups. 


Crystal raced toward her. When she reached Monett, Crystal grabbed her wrist, but felt a tingling sensation spreading throughout her body.
