"You're not going to do that right?" Yeoman said the worry was in his voice.
Nicodemus didn't respond which made Yeoman clenched his fist.
"You don't need to do that! We are going to leave this place with the Destined Princess! Trust us!" he half yelled. But at the back of his mind, he knew they would lose. Kaylessa, Isobel and Remus could fight against those four head clans but there was still that General of the Adeosian Army and those members of their Parliament.
Not to mention that man—the prince of Adeosian.
They already lose in numbers but he will not deny the power of those high-ranking officials.
"I know you're aware like I do. Make sure that you get them to our Kingdom, save them" Nicodemus tousled Yeoman's hair before walking away and to the middle of the place.
Yeoman gritted his teeth, looking down as tears escaped his eyes. That man was like their father. He was a strict middle-aged man but he selflessly taught them all he knew.
