Lisa jerked up from lying on the cold floor from the loud sound of the heavy door followed by a series of footsteps. Her heart hammered against her chest, guessing the meaning of the sound. Someone might have picked her up for another interrogation. But this time, it was for her to confess the crime she didn't commit. Far what she hoped earlier, hours have passed that no one came to pick her up and dragged her outside.
Soon after, two officers came. They walked towards her. One of them took out a bunch of keys and started unlocking her prison cell.
"You're up for another interrogation" the officer announced.
She stood up willingly and walked towards the entrance, making the two officers frown in confusion but didn't question her.
"It looks like you reflected on your sins now huh" one of the men scoffed, locking both of her hands in a linked pair of metal rings.
