Superhumans, Aliens, and Magic. Not an uncommon sight to Darren Kershaw. They're necessary for the protection of mankind from dangerous creatures and other superbeings who use their powers to do harm to civilians. 
During a fight between a Super and Prowler, Darren is struck by lightning in an act of heroism to save a child. He falls into a coma. 
He wakes up after several months only to discover that his body has gone through a transformation that will change his life forever. Is this change for the better or for worse?

Stardust: The First Champion

As she stared at the produce in her refrigerator, Tora suddenly did not feel like cooking. She did not want to have to cut and fry or roast a ton of food for just three people. Several ideas formed in her mind from the food in the fridge and pantry. She had avocados and pork. She could make a salad with cabbage and some drinks with alcohol in her cabinet. 


Tora pulled out her phone and ordered some extra groceries for delivery. She placed the meat in the sink to thaw then began preparing the rest of the food. 


"Wow," Miriam said. She raised her eyebrows when she saw Darren grilling corn and veggie and lamb kabobs. "I never thought the day would come when I'd be able to eat something you cooked," she said to Darren. "Other than rice and eggs."
