Diane stretch, open her eyes, and realized that she was alone in bed. Looking at the clock she saw that it was 9.30 am. She had come up with a few words to describe Gabriel but intense describes him the best, a little too intense for her. She got off the bed and put on the T-shirt she had on last night, and smiles as she remembered how easily he had taken it off this morning. She then went into the bathroom to freshen up and she could still feel the oil on her skin as she put on one of his robes and went to the room to check on Jasmine and saw that she was not there, so she went downstairs and into the kitchen and saw Gabriel giving Jasmine cereal with milk.
'Good morning." She said softly trying not to look at him. "Good morning beautiful, are you okay?" He asks. "Yes...yes.. I'm fine." She walked over to Jasmine and kisses her on her forehead. "Are you okay baby?" She asks her daughter; Jasmine's mouth was so full she couldn't answer so she shakes her head instead. She had always wondered what he had looked like with his clothes off and she found that out this morning. The guy was beautiful, every inch of him was beautiful especially his thick pink shaft; he could do a lot of damage with that thing if he wanted. "Would you like some breakfast?" He asks breaking her thoughts.
"Yes ….yes thank you." She whispers. "Are you sure you are okay?" "Yes, I'm just a little hot that's all." She said fanning herself. "Well, that's saying a lot considering that I have A.C units blasting throughout this entire house." He said with a smile. His voice, that sweet sexy accent, she could still hear the sweet oh so wonderful words he spoke to her early this morning, she still had no idea what they meant but she couldn't forget them either.
"So what are we doing first?" She asks with her head down. "Well you need to take a shower and I'll take you home so that you can get dressed and then we can head to the church." So after breakfast, Diane went upstairs to take her shower. A few minutes later she steps from the bath and went back into the bedroom to get her clothes from the bed. She had just taken them up when she felt his arms around her waist. He pulls her back against him and places his lips to her ear. "Thank you, babe." He whispered. "For what?" She asks her voice trembling. "For this morning. I've had lots of girls' babe but no one has ever jerked me like that before. You were like liquid fire through my veins." He moans in her ear.
"Is that a good thing?" She asks confused. "Oh yeah." She leaned back against him and realized his clothes were wet. "Why are you wet?" "I was exercising." He said pulling her towel and letting it fall to her ankles. He then ran his hands gently along her stomach then upwards towards her breasts. He cups them in his hands and massages them as she presses herself even closer against him and leans her head back on his chest. He kissed her neck and shoulders as he keeps kneading and massaging. Heat ran through her body and she would have given in to him if it wasn't for the voice of the Holy Spirit telling her that what she was doing was wrong.
"Please stop, we can't. My body is craving something it can't have." She pleads. "Do you know how good you feel in my arms right now?" He moans. "I have a good idea." "Okay, I'll stop even though I don't want to." Turning her around to face him he kisses her gently on her lips. "I'll bring Jasmine to you then have a shower, a very cold one; God knows I need it right now. Meet me downstairs when you are finished okay." "Okay, but first, could you please tell me what you said this morning?" "I don't understand?" He said with a puzzled look on his face. "Right before you had your second orgasm this morning you said something in Spanish or was it French but I don't know what it means." She said biting her lips as he walks back towards her and pulling her against him he tilts her head upwards and held her brown eyes captive with his incredibly intense seductive blues. "That was neither French nor Spanish, it was Italian and it means pleasure my body, my beautiful Jamaican girl." He said and it sounds just as sweet as when he said it in Italian. "See what you do to me, I haven't spoken Italian in decades." He laughs, kisses her lips gently, and left the room.
He took a shower, got dressed, and went back downstairs. He took the keys to his Escalade and went to the garage. He then took the car seat from the Pajero and put it in the Escalade, then went for the cakes. After securing them he went back inside. "Diane are you ready?" he calls. "Coming." She calls back. She came down put Jasmine in her car seat and fastens her belts; she then got in beside him as he opened the garage door and drive out. "Do you ever consider cutting your hair?" She asks.
"No, why?" "Well, the Bible says that it's a shame for a man to have long hair." "It may be a shame but it's not a sin, as long as it's not a sin I don't have to cut it." "Have you ever colored it?" "No, do you think I should?" "No, it's just that you have brown streaks in your hair I thought it was from coloring." "I was born with them. That's how my mother knew me differently from my brother." "Your parents had two unique children they were blessed. Not to mention that most women have spent thousands trying to get the volume and bounce that your hair have and most of them still haven't gotten it." She chuckles. "How did you get it so bouncy anyway?" She asks admiring his hair.
"I'm not sure, it may have something to do with the products I use but on the other hand I think it's always been like this." He said shaking his head and his hair caresses his cheek and neck. "So, who had blue eyes, your mother or your father?" She asks. "My father." "Did they know you were on drugs?" "No, only Alex knew." "And he didn't try to stop you?" "No, actually he encouraged me to take them." "What kind of friend encourages another to take drugs?" She asks in shock. "He was only trying to help, I would have taken them anyway, he couldn't stop me even if he wanted to." "You're not still taking them are you?" "Just what my doctor allows me to." "How do you feel now that you're off them?" She asks. "A little less invincible, I guess, but all things considered, it could've been a lot worst."
"I'm glad to hear that it's manageable for you," she said wrapping a lock of his hair around her fingers. "I need to make a quick stop before I take you home okay." "Sure, no problem." "Um baby, about Michael, I know you guys were talking about courting but that was before you met me and I was wondering how you feel about him now, after what happen this morning?" He asks, his fingers tightening on the steering wheel which didn't go unnoticed by her. "I need some more time to figure this out." She said without looking at him. "After what we just shared, you can't possibly still be thinking of going out with him?" "As I said, I need more time." She repeats still not looking at him.
Gabriel came to a stop at Alex's gate. "I'll be back in a few minutes. I just need to check on my friend." He opened Alex's gate and walk up the driveway. Alex Pajero was parked in the driveway and one of the front lights was broken. Opening the front door Gabriel ran upstairs and open Alex's bedroom door. Alex was lying across his bed fully dressed, he was even still in his shoes and Gabriel ran over to him.
"Alex! Alex are you okay? What happened to your car?" Alex moaned and turned on his back. "I'm okay; I'm okay, so please stop shouting. I have a headache." "What happened to your car?" Gabriel demand. "I was drunk okay, I ran into a pole." "We have been driving home drunk for years and you have never run into a pole before." "Well, there's a first time for everything prince you of all people should know that. What are you doing here anyway?"
"I haven't heard from you in a while. I just wanted to make sure you were okay." "I'm fine, I'm fine, now go away, I haven't slept in two days." He said pulling the pillow over his head. "I'm on my way to church, we're having a concert and bake sale. Do you want to stop by later?" But Alex only moaned in disgust, how many times do I have to tell you. I want nothing to do with your God or your church, now please go away." Gabriel took a deep breath and groaned in frustration.. Alex had no idea how much he was hurting him. This must be how God feels when we reject him. "Alex." "What." "I love you man so please take care of yourself." "I'll don't worry about me." "I will always worry about you, that's what friends do and please answer your phone when I call." "Sure, whatever you say." Alex drawled turning his back to Gabriel.
Gabriel turned and leaves the room. "I'm not giving up on you Alex," Gabriel said to himself as he walks back towards his car. "Is everything okay?" Diane asks as he got back in the car. "No, my friend is on the path to destruction and I'm afraid I won't be able to save him." He took her home and wait in the car while she dressed Jasmine and herself then they head to church. Diane was admiring how well Gabriel blends with the other church members when Brother Michael came up to her. "Hi, Diane."
"Michael hi." "I ask you out three times already and you keep putting me off, so how about tonight?" "I'm sorry I can't." "You can't, why can't you?" "I just can't okay." "This wouldn't have anything to do with Brother Gabriel now would it?" "Why do you ask?" "I notice how much time the two of you have been spending together, you two seem to be getting very close lately." "I guess we are." "You know something; you girls are all the same aren't you? A nice hard-working fellow like me asks you to marry him and you can't, but a white man with money comes along and you're all falling over your selves." "Sorry to disappoint you." She said and walked away.
Brother Michael then went over to Gabriel. "Hello there Brother Maxwell." "Brother Michael." Gabriel nods his head slowly in greeting. "Can I ask you something?" Bro Michael asks. "Sure go ahead." "Is that the real color of your hair?" "Yes, it is." "No dyes?" "Nope." "What about your eyes are you wearing contact lens?" "Nope." "So you mean you were born looking like this?" "Yes, I was." "Man you must have stuck out like a sour thumb in school." "Actually I did, but in a good way." "So you and Diane, just how serious are you guys?" "What's with the questions, Brother Michael?" "Well you know I'm only saying…." "Exactly what are you saying?" Gabriel asks his jaw tightening. "Well, you know these girls, one minute they are serious about you and the next….." "I'm not worried." "I know you have been getting a lot of marriage proposals but have you ever wondered if it's you they want to marry or your money?" "As I said before I'm not worried." "I guess it's true what they say, money does talk even in the church." Brother Michael said walking away and Gabriel smiled to himself. "Sorry buddy but Diane belongs to me now." He said to himself.
"Excuse me, could I have a slice of cake please?" "Sure." Gabriel cut the cake, places it on a plate, turns to give the lady behind him, and came face to face with Karen who became as white as a sheet, she then turns and ran and he ran after her. "Karen stop, wait, stop." He catches up to her and grabs her by the hand. "Let me go, don't touch me, don't ever touch me again." She shrieks. "I'm not even safe in the church anymore. What is someone like you doing in a church serving cake anyway?"
"Please calm down and I'll explain." He said stepping closer to her. "Don't come near me, I hate you, what kind of people would allow you inside their church?" "Karen I'm sorry, I know I hurt you and I'm very sorry but I'm not that kind of person anymore, I've changed." "Changed." She sneered in disgust. "I spend two weeks in the hospital because of you, you're a monster and people like you should be locked away. I liked you, I was the one who went to the motel with you so I'm also to blame, but my God, did you have to hurt me like that? I bled for two weeks you piece of shit, two weeks!"
"Karen I'm not that person anymore, I've changed, I've given my life to God, I've repented of my sins and I ask for your forgiveness. I know what I did was wrong. I'm sorry." "Forgive you." She said scornfully. "After what you did, you have no idea what you did to me that night. I had to take a taxi straight to the hospital. I couldn't even walk, forgive you, never, you're a monster, a horrible monster." Again she turned and ran just as Diane came up behind him. "Is everything okay?" "No." "Who was that?" "Someone that I hurt very badly. I know that I've changed a lot but it still doesn't change the fact that I was a monster." He turned and walk away from her but not before she saw the shame and embarrassment on his face. She catches up with him and grabs his hand. "You may have been a monster before but you're not a monster now. You're a child of God and don't you forget that. Saul was also considered a monster and if he could change then so can you." "Thank you." He said, forcing a smile and gently squeezes her hand. He felt so ashamed that he tried very hard not to meet her eyes but she touched his cheek gently and forced him to look at her. "Gabriel, the Lord has forgiven you, now it's time for you to forgive yourself. Now come on, we have cakes to sell." She said dragging him back into the church.
