Rebirth of A heartless empress

     Liam felt a sudden sort of calm wash over him the moment they were past the gates. Looking over at Nectar, she looked so calm yet something seemed wrong with her expression as well [ Why do I feel she seems sad? ]


    She met his gaze and suddenly smiled, " It's a beautiful place, isn't it "? He nodded as he looked at the carriage, " We should unpack though ". She suddenly frowned and shook her head, " No no no Liam. The first thing you do is identify your room. I'll be right back ". 


     Liam was powerless to stop her as she skipped off. Nichole looked out the window, " Can we come out yet Brother Li "? Liam looked around and shook his head as he walked closer to the carriage, " Not yet Nicky. I need you all to behave so we don't all get in trouble. Understand "?


      Nichole nodded, slightly bored as she went back into the carriage. Liam sighed as he started unpacking all the chests [ Now I have a bad feeling about this trip ] 


      Pollen did as she was told and curtseyed when she got off the carriage. Now that they were done with the formalities, she looked around and saw a lot of beautiful people and that seemed strange to her.


     She pulled Dimitri's coat slightly as she looked at the castle entrance, " Where are we Mister Dimitri "? Dimitri groaned slightly, " Seasons Castle and don't call me that ". She nodded and looked around her, " Alright ". 


      Dimitri held out his hand for her to hold, " If you want to go home, I'll need you to act like you normally do so no one gets suspicious ". She nodded seriously, " Alright. How do I normally act "? 


     He smirked as they began their walk towards the stairs, " Irritable, vain and down right petty ". Pollen gasped and covered her mouth, " Really? I sound terrible ". Dimitri looked at her for a second and laughed, " Yes you are ". 


       Athena took a deep breath as soon as the greetings were over. A bow or curtsey was a sign of respect and they'd done just that to show their respect for the former rulers and the choices they'd made during their time. 


      " Sister " Athena looked behind her and saw Nectar, " My empress, is something wrong "? Nectar shook her head lightly and smiled, " I have a favour to ask ". Athena nodded enthusiastically, " As long as it is within my power ". 


     Nectar held her hands even tighter, " Can I not stay with Eros "? Athena blinked a few times, obviously confused " Whaaaat "? Nectar went on steadily, " Yeah. I'd rather supervise the kids and stay with Liam. Plus, I wasn't even in your original plan to begin with ". 


     Athena bit her lip guilty, " Sorry about that " [ I should be upset that she's on this trip though. Then why aren't I? ] Nectar shrugged it off, " I'll forgive you as long as you put me as far away from him as possible ". Athena scanned her face carefully, " You're not messing with me, are you "? 


    Nectar held on even tighter, " Do I look like I'm joking to you "? Athena sighed and shook her head, " No. I guess you could get a suite at the left wing in the west wall but you'll be neighbors with the Vogs and Fipas ". 


     Nectar smiled, pulling her into a hug " I love you. Have I ever told you how much I love you "? Athena watched in a daze as Nectar spread her arms wide, " I love you this much ". 


    She suddenly clapped her hands as if remembering something, " I should start unpacking before he realizes he's been duped. I'll see you later ". Athena laughed to herself as she watched her go up the stairs, " I wish I knew what I wanted when it comes to Eros ".
