I met him and he told me the truth and turns out it was all true, he did message the Black Hoodie and received a letter with all the information that he needed. Unfortunately, he did message him again but the Black Hoodie didn't reply to his message because he thought that the Black Hoodie isn't interested in his story anymore. So I got the number from him and sadly I tried to contact the Black Hoodie but none of my messages are getting a reply from him."
