Chapter 56. Elizabeth

I remembered that video call we made a voice, I could have sworn that they were in a hospital, no matter how much he denied it that idea had not gone out of my head, more when days later we did it again and no longer had the same background as the first time to what he said he had moved all his things and that's why he got to see something different from what he had seen for the first time. It was when I confirmed that he was hiding something from me, not lying exactly but I had the feeling that there was something bigger behind it all. 

He wasn't in the hospital for long," Carla spoke again, "as I said, it wasn't very serious. I mean, at the time he lost blood, and a lot of it- she paused for a moment- but he recovered quickly, it was more the shock of what happened. 

Why did you let him mess with those people if you knew they were dangerous," I began to complain.
