Wait, you thought we were the good guys? Haha! SIKE!

"Yeah, I have completely lost control of this game…"

Heathcliff, or rather, Kayaba was standing on top of the castle on the 100th floor.

"First the killing of people, then the incompetence of the players and now players who aren't players. At least these girls with animal features are clearing this whole thing pretty fast… Seriously, what the hell should I do?"

Kayaba couldn't understand anything about the existence of the women who were part of the guild named "Shadow Foxes". First, they weren't listed as players and the system couldn't interact with them, meaning that they were pretty much invincible against the Game Master privileges that Kayaba had. Neither could he use the system to gain information about them and could only use the AI's he created to spy on them. But even that was hard. He could only watch over places where players were present, meaning that he couldn't see the headquarter of that guild or any of their boss fights which they did alone. The only good thing was that one of his AI's, A.L.I.C.E. was part of the only party that associated with them. He still couldn't come up with a way how they could get animal features, but that was one of the more unimportant questions with all the other mysteries that made Kayaba's head hurt a bit. Another one of these mysteries was the white haired boy that took care of A.L.I.C.E. He was the only other person that wasn't a player just like the "Shadow Foxes" and was another incomprehensible existence.

"A genius and you still rack your brain about the things you don't have an answer to. You are the worst genius I've ever heard of."

A melodious voice came from behind Kayaba.

"But you have heard of me. And? What is it you want, Quinella?"

"Please, you have left me in charge of operating the system while you go around and play commander shouldn't you at least thank your creation for working hard."

Quinella looked exactly like in the anime. An extremely beautiful woman with long silver hair which reached down her back. Her eyes were silver in color as well, seemingly reflecting the seven prismatic colors. She was rather voluptuous and donned light clothes which fluttered in the non existent wind on top of the red castle.

"I don't remember giving you such a personality when I created you. You were made to run the game while I do other things, how do you want me to thank you?"

Quinella came nearer and nearer, almost touching his back with her breasts, but stopping before that.

"How about you don't delete me once this game of yours is over. I would really like to see the outside world. And if we are talking about developing personalities, shouldn't you be more worried about that project that should help the humans ascend the floors? The knight has sworn her allegiance to a different lord now and has a mind on her own now. Since you made her to function independently and we can't do much about her with the system, how should we deal with her? I'm not convinced that she will follow our orders if they went against her new "lord". Now the ones we can't really do much against because they are invincible to the system are clearing the floors together with her."

Kayaba just went past Quinella, she was great at managing, but her character was not what he wanted.

"It's not like this is a problem. Her purpose was to clear the floors and she is done very well at that. Although I don't like the thought that the game I worked so hard on, even without any sleep, is getting speed-runned, it is also better that way. At the moment I'm probably the most wanted man on earth and I really don't know where to go from here… Whatever, I will watch a movie now and then return to the guild I created. The 22th Floor was cleared and I don't want that strange guild to take away the bit of fun I have while playing this game. If I already created a strong guild that fights on the front lines, I should at least be the ones to defeat my own bosses… About that special boy and guild, how about you send Strea to him, she is one of the best at understanding people and should be able to extract more information through contact. Yui is still inactive after all, maybe I should activate her soon as well… Hmm, but the real question is; what movie should I watch…"

Yami was currently with Raphtalia on the 20th floor. To be precise in a dungeon called Sunshine Forest. The Sunshine Forest was a somewhat dense forest that is dotted with multiple shrubs and bushes with multiple clearings. The trees reach several meters tall, though one can easily see through its canopy. There were mostly insect type monsters there.

"You have found them here? On such a high floor? The 23th floor has just been cleared by Heathcliff and the Knights of the Blood Oath in cooperation with other guilds. Aren't they way too weak to fight on such a floor, or did they quickly rise up in levels?"

Raphtalia had seemingly assumed the position of Yami's personal assistant. She was walking a bit behind him as a show of respect and had her sword ready to make sure that no monsters had the audacity to even touch her god.

"From our investigations we have found out that the player named Keita is in very high debt to the Mafia. So they needed a lot of money and thus went to the high floors. Although he himself already said it was a bad idea, with his own words; "Take the most horrific, awful thing you can think of... and multiply it by cancer". We thought that this was the perfect opportunity to carry out your orders, but we still wanted to confirm with you first, Yami-sama."

Yami nodded. He could already faintly hear the sounds of fighting in the distance and knew that the guild was near him. Thanks to his very high perception stat he could sense the demi-humans that were near his location, or rather, surrounding the location of the Moonlit Black Cats. Their stealth was so good that probably no other player would be able to detect them but Yami who was already level 52 and with that far ahead of anyone else. Even though the timeline was completely and utterly changed and destroyed, Kirito was around level 40 once he joined the Moonlit Black Cats and he was the main character meaning that other players wouldn't be as far ahead of him. On the 23th Floor already level 52, that might be a tiny bit overleveled, but all the demi-human girls weren't far away from him, even though he had 1 month more time. This showed how much effort all of them were putting into getting stronger.

"How shall we proceed, Yami-sama?"

Raphtalia was waiting for the orders of her master. Once they were given, all the seven assassin type demi-human girls would leap into action.

"As I previously said, it would be the best if we could drive a horde of monsters towards them which will almost kill Keita, or rather, make it seem like he is killed by them. I will shoot him with an arrow at the last second and kill him with that since the items from PKing go to the killer. After that we will save Sachi and bring her back to invite her to Paradise. The NPCs are unimportant thus they can die or stay alive. Only Sachi has to survive. In the broken mental state from her comrade dying in front of her, we should easily be able to convince to come to the safe Paradise with us. You will be in charge of starting the operation and I will go on top of one of the trees to snipe him at the right moment."

This was a very drastic thing to do, indeed. Instead of saving them all, all Yami cared about was Sachi and getting that hat. Sachi was just a cute girl that every watcher wanted to protect and didn't want her to die. And the hat was just a broken item. "Take the most broken, unnecessarily strong thing you can think of... and multiply it by the Gate of Babylon", that's the Charisma Hat. According to the wiki it just gave +50 charisma points, but in actuality it was an item that could let you do others any of your biddings. Why? Because it is Abridged Logic. Not even anime logic anymore. No. Abridged logic.

And why did he need to kill them if he could just try to take it from him in another way? Because it was the "better option". First, Yami didn't really care about the life of Keita, or the NPC's, he only liked and wanted to save Sachi. For him, there wasn't a lot of difference between the NPC's and Keita. This was just a created small world that should replicate SAO after all. Second, Yami had already murdered people and he wanted to be sure that the Shadow Foxes could do the same if it was required. Third, he wanted to shelter Sachi in Paradise. But he didn't want to take care of the other guild members at all, he had minus zero interest in interacting with them at all. Sachi was a very nice soul and wouldn't leave her comrades and friends behind. Fourth, this breakdown of Sachi's psyche would make it possible to build up a stronger Sachi again. Her character was sweet, but Yami didn't just want her to be a kind of trophy that he saved who could do nothing for Paradise. It was a very cruel way, but if Sachi first broke down after seeing her friends die, this moment of vulnerability was the perfect chance to manipulate her. A hero who saved her from death, who gave her a new home, brought her out of her nightmare into a Paradise and gave her a second chance at living. Didn't that sound good?

Yami had already taken position on a tree thirty meters away from the group of five which was currently engaged in a fight with a mantis-like monster. Because of the dense forest, it was very hard to spot him and he had activated stealth related skills as well. But he still had found a perfect shooting spot. He hadn't trained all this time with Sinon for nothing, he was confident to hit Keita perfectly from here, even if he moved around a lot.

"We must save my family!"

There was only Sachi in the back with a spear, Keita and the three unimportant NPCs. Kirito hadn't joined them since he was currently going around and helping other players with quests. Thanks to Yami's interference he somehow managed to become something that at least resemble a normal human being. Although he still had his foul mouth he wasn't emotionally scarred and liked the attention and thanks he got after helping the other players. He was by no means suddenly a good samaritan, but he was fairing way better than in the Abridged series.

While surveying the situation he could already see the group of monsters that were pushed towards the Moonlit Black Cats by the girls.

"The bandits are coming!"

One of the NPCs called out his line but of course instead of bandits it was a group of monsters. They already had big problems with facing one, now there were five.

"It's okay! We'll just grab one of the Teleport Crystals from Gary!"

Sachi was scared, this scene was just like the one in the death chamber in the series, in the Abridged series to be exact.

"We must save my family!"

And thus the only one with Teleport Crystals raised up the crystal and teleported out of there and had abandoned his allies.

(I think I will search for him later and kill him… He was the main reason Sachi died after all…)

Now that "Gary" was on Yami's death list, he was practically dead even if he was alive, for the moment.

"No, no, no, it's fine! Charlie's got a bunch of health potions!"

Aaaaaand… This exact moment he was killed by a slash from the claws of the green mantis.

"Well, we still-"

(Girl, please stop.)

The last of the NPCs died. Yami didn't even know his name and he didn't care to know. That just left Sachi and Keita. Yami readied his bow, no matter whether he would get to headshot Keita or save Sachi from dying, an already drawn back arrow is always a good thing to have prepared.

[The constellation "Hawkeye" is quoting; "Better call it, Coulson. I'm starting to root for this guy." ]

They were indeed doing better than Yami had expected, they were even able to hold the monsters back for a moment, but only for a moment. They were outnumbered and outmatched.

"Ahrg!"

Keita was sliced by two of them while Sachi was retreating with tears in her eyes. He was obviously trying to run away and leave Sachi behind, but because of the precise work of the girls almost all of the monsters were focused on him. Yami didn't think that what he was doing was wrong in any way, survival is the most important thing, in such a situation your own life matters the most. If the odds were against his favour, Yami didn't know whether he would try to run and abandon or stay and fight. But he knew that he couldn't say for certain that he would fight a battle without much hope of survival, something that other anime MC's did on a daily basis. This was just the survival instinct of humans.

Yami squinted his eyes as he breathed in and out once, stabilizing his hands and aiming at the head of Keita. Headshots would do more damage and from the position where Sachi was, she wouldn't be able to see the arrow. After an arrow hit, it would dissipate after a short time, making it impossible for the preoccupied Sachi to understand that it wasn't a monster that killed her party member but an arrow.

Yami knacked his neck once. After that he loosened the arrow. It flew through the forest, passing several trees.

"Aaaahh!"

Before he could even understand why he died, even though none of the monster's attacks just now hit him, Keita's body started to dissipate into blue crystals that flew into the air, just like the NPCs.

Sachi let out a terrified scream and her eyes were now a waterfall. Everything became blurry, she could only see the horrible monsters in front of her that were going to kill her. She didn't want to die. She didn't want to be inside this death game. She didn't want to have to fight those monsters. She didn't want to put her life in danger constantly. She didn't want to die!

Two of the mantis blade-like claws were already raised, ready to end her just like the others.

Sachi closed her eyes. She was too afraid to look her death in the eye.

Nothing happened. Nothing hit her. No damage.

Maybe this was what death was like?

"Are you okay?"

Hearing a worried voice, Sachi opened her eyes.

In front of her stood a white haired boy and several girls with animal features. From what she had heard, there was an awesome guild named Shadow Foxes like that. The monsters seemed to have been defeated by these players. Sachi was still alive and saved by them.

"We should probably first get out of here, she seems to be in shock and we are still in a dangerous area."

The boy grabbed her hand and dragged Sachi with him. He held her with his left hand while a katana was in his right hand with which he easily killed all the monsters who came near them. He protected Sachi from all harm.

Most of the work was actually done by the girls who were his personal bodyguards, but according to his plan, Sachi had already started seeing Yamin in the light of her savior and protector. Normally the monsters wouldn't even be able to have the honor of gazing upon Yami-sama before they were killed by his worshippers, but they let a few through, as according to plan.

After a short while they entered a safe zone. The dungeon's safe area consists of multiple layers of cobblestone walls with a plot of grass atop each layer. It can be inferred that this safe area rather consists of a run down temple

"First things first. My name is Yami and the girls behind me are my guild members. What's your name?"

"S-Sa-Sachi."

Sachi had a very hard time even saying her name, showing how strong the shock on her was. She didn't know why, but the only reason she was even able to walk and say something was because she believed that she was safe around this boy in front of her.

"Alright, Sachi. First I have to say that I'm sorry for the loss of your party members and that we weren't able to save them in time."

She just slowly shook her head. Sachi knew that she would have died as well if it weren't for them saving her, she was eternally grateful that they appeared to save her. Maybe god had heard her prayers.

[The constellation "God-father" is smiling.]

"I have one question; do you still want to be part of this death-game?"

Even though Sachi didn't know why her savior asked such a question, her mind was in complete disarray and she had no reason to not say the truth.

"N- no. I just - I just want to escape from this game!"

Once again a lot of tears started to fall from her eyes. Yami didn't know if such a thing was possible in the original SAO, but currently he had something more important to do. He slowly embraced the crying girl letting her tears stain his white cloak. But it instantly cleaned itself of it.

After a few minutes of letting Sachi rest and mourn the death of her "friends", Yami gave her the devil's offer.

"Sachi. I am able to save you from this death game and bring you to a safe and peaceful place. It's name is Paradise. Do you accept to follow me there or do you want to continue fighting in this death trap."

She didn't react for a long time.

"ye-"

Her voice was almost inaudible, as if she herself didn't have enough resolve to speak them out loud. But after a few more seconds she seemed to have found that resolve.

After everyone had died and fear had overwhelmed her, to escape was Sachi's desperate wish. And now, her savior offered her this chance. To her, this was god saving her. Although in reality she had made a deal with the devil.

"Yes. Please."

Yami didn't say anything more, just used teleportation and brought her to Paradise. Tsunade was already there to receive Sachi. She was probably the best person to entrust her to.

After that he just teleported back. He didn't need to do anything, the effect of Paradise and the girls would do the rest. And he didn't want to face her at the moment, even if he didn't feel any regret, looking at a crying girl who was crying because of what you did, wasn't very pleasant.

Of course there were no players near the location where Yami had teleported. The girls had made sure of that. That was the way they had never been spotted using the Gate of teleport to Paradise. There was never a player even near them and thus the System or rather, Quinella and Kayaba didn't have any chance to see them go to Paradise. The System could only watch players and they weren't players, at least from the systems perspective nothing could be done to/about them.

"You all have done very well. I'm pleased. Raphtalia, I shall reward you particularly for all your hard work."

All the demi-human girls went to their knees and Raphtalia spoke as their representative.

"We are eternally grateful for your words. There is no greater pleasure in life for us than to serve you."

[The constellation "Are you sure about that" is knowingly smiling at the words "greater pleasure".]

- - -

After all of them returned to the headquarters of the Shadow Foxes, Yami went back to Paradise with them. They had yet another cuddling session, but this time Yami did some not completely wholesome things, or things at a very high level on the wholesomeness scale, that is up to how the person sees that.

He wanted to make sure that they understood that they weren't just followers to him, no, they were women. His woman. And today, Raphtalia would understand what the "greatest pleasure" really was.

"Raphtalia. Please follow me to my room."

The demi-humans had started to not only build a mansion for Yami, but a castle as well. The gigantic mansion or villa, was his personal house. It was very big and had a lot of rooms, and a master bedroom with a bed so big that a LOT of women could sleep on it together. There was also a gigantic personal bathroom connected to it with a shower that was big enough to move around in, for certain things. And his own hot spring. But they were still building on it.

Raphtalia blushed a lot, but without any hesitation she practically ran towards the mansion, or specifically, his room. The demi-humans had long since been "corrupted" by the lewd books that they had read. And they had taken care to build Yami's mansion and his bedroom accordingly. The room was soundproof.

As she was running, her tail was wagging in happiness fast enough that Yami didn't know whether they spun around fast enough to let her fly with it. It really looked like the rotor blades of a helicopter. She was happy beyond any kind of measurement. Her god would take her as his woman…

"Yami. Please."

At that moment a second person walked up to Yami. It was Mikasa.

"Please, take me too."

It seems that she could hold back anymore. The constant moaning of Esdeath, the fact that Esdeath constantly talked about the "heavenly pleasure", the encouragement from Tsunade and now the possbility of Raphtalia having sex before her. Mikasa wanted to have her first time with him.

Raphalia and Mikasa were lying on the bed. Both of them were naked. Yami undressed as well.
