"Enzo this is for you." Ava gave him a set of clothes. She brought him these from her house the previous day. She designed these herself. It was a white shirt and trousers.
The clothes looked ordinary but they were of higher quality and they had a unique design. It was brand called "Kings." She made them specifically for the men she admired, her brothers, and they were the only ones who owned them, till now.
"Thank you." He pecked her on the cheek. Lorenzo was very grateful. His wife cared about him very much. She was even thought about the clothes he would wear to work.
"It's my congratulations gift. There are more in your wardrobe," she said. Ava was very embarrassed as she didn't expect him to do that.
"Alright, change. You'll be late," she said and left the room quickly. More like ran out of the room. Lorenzo chuckled and changed into the new clothes.
After having breakfast he left for work while Ava stayed at home for some time. She had a bad habit of going to work late. She usually woke up late, and it took more time for her to prepare before she left. But today, her Third Brother was returning and she was in a dilemma whether to come home before going to the get-together or go there straight from work. She chose the former.

"Boss, are you getting off work early, today?" Grey asked as he stepped into Ava's office.
"Mhmm." She nodded and kept typing on her laptop.
"Ava, when are you going to tell them about your marriage?" Grey asked as he sat down on the sofa. He dropped the formalities because they were alone and Ava permitted him to call her by her name.
"Soon Grey, soon."
"Will they be able to accept it?" He asked. "I'm not worried about Master Calvin but Masters Damien and Vincent." Ava shot him a look.
"I'll handle it," she told him. "What do you think about Lorenzo?" She knew that Grey had been observing him and she wanted to hear his opinion on him. Grey had been by her side since she saved him six years ago and he pledged his allegiance to her.
Grey was more than an assistant. He was her best friend and confidante. Though their relationship was a little restricted because of work, they didn't mind and were always there each other.
"I think he's a good man. He seems trustworthy and honest. His looks are also on par with the six I mean five devils. But I'm not okay with his economic status."
"He's working isn't he?" Ava said and Grey hummed.
"Boss, have you noticed something about Master Lorenzo?" He put the title because he was his Mistress's husband making him his master.
"What?"
"Those little acts of his. The way he eats, his smiles, the serious look on his face when he thinks, his..."
"Wait, you were observing the way my husband eats and smiles?" Ava asked her eyes stared at him like she was going to bury him alive.
Grey shivered. "Well, I happened to see him once. But that's not the point, the point is that those actions are similar to Paris's, don't you think?" He asked and the temperature in the room became colder.
If Ava was going to bury him alive before, she would kill him with a thousand cuts before she fed him to her wolves. Grey shivered as he remembered the wolves in her mansion.
Ava sighed. "Don't mention him again. I'm married now. He's gone anyway." Her eyes reddened in sadness.
Paris wasn't the fiance she broke up with. He was the one before him. He was her boyfriend since high school and had been with her ever since. Till he went missing during the incident that almost claimed their lives.
They couldn't find him anywhere so they assumed he was dead. Ava was hurt the most about his disappearance because they were engaged. His disappearance was one of the reasons she returned.
"Ava, I'm sorry," Grey apologized.
"It's okay. I've moved on. I have to go home now."
"I'll drive you home," Grey said as it was part of his duties.
