The day of the decision

"hey y'all welcome to my airtube, I'm Sharon. And today after spending countless of hours researching, instead of preparing for my high school entrance exam (slightly hits her head with her fist and makes a face) Ouch!! teehee", the voice of a young girl overjoyed with her discovery echoed from a top-of-the-line phone. The newest model from Pearsung.

"YUNO!!!! turn down the volume of the phone. I have a big shoot tomorrow so I need to focus and why are you even watching such things at this point of time..."

"Ok mom I'll study. I'm begging you anything but your lecture on how if I don't get good grades I won't make it to a good school... Blah blah blah.", I expressed my thoughts at the top of my lungs from my room upstairs and returned to watching airtube but this time with earphones.

As you may have guessed my name is Yuno, I'm just an average teenager going through life one day at a time. The one killing the mood earlier is my mom, she's the most famous actress in the filming industry for over the last decade, and when she said turn the volume down she means -Go study!!! if you get bad grades I'm disowning you-.

*Click click* I turned my phone off and placed an enormous looming pillar of books on my desk.

*yawn* one page done.. It's 7:46 now I'll start studing again at 8 o'clock.

*Tick tock* *tick tock* "Yuno get dressed we are going out to have dinner with dad and please wear something better than your hoodie, we are going to a five-star place"

"Yes mom, I'll try to wear something you like", Yes! Yes! Yes!!! I don't have to study anymore. I danced across my room with joy.

Since we are going to some fancy place I guess I could wear the black tuxedo dad got me, but... moms gonna be ticked off that I won't frock like a girl. Hmm who cares comfort is king, right? .

"Maaaaaa, I'm ready shall we go?", I said in a whoop of delight.

"Wow you- you're dressed well but I really wanted to see my baby girl in a long dress. Come closer let me fix your hair. I don't know how you can't even manage such short hair", she talked to me using her dissapointed baby voice. But I guess I know why she's upset, anyways I'm going to see dad again it's been awhile since we had dinner together since he's working all the time.

We boarded the car and across the city of tokyo we went, blazing past sparkles of lights from the buzzing streets to the restaurant on the top floor of the Luvino company - thats my dads company.

We entered the grand hall with tables scattered like diamonds and in a small glass room placed outside the floor of the hall, floating out of the building, a decorated table with a dashing gentleman wearing a jet black suit, polished to shine leather shoes positioning himself with grace beyond words.

Speeding my pace I left my mother in the dust and rushed to the room and hugged my dad as tight as possible and he hugged me back hiding me inside his arms.

"How is my little angel doing. Did you trouble your mother a lot during the time you spent repenting on your actions", he inquired releasing me from his embrace and flickeing my nose with his pointer.

"Can we not talk about that dad. How have you been, I missed you so much. I rarely get to see you or mom..."

"Why don't we sit down. I'll ask them to bring the food and we can talk.", dad pulled out the chairs and signaled that we sat down.

As we settled down a line of waiters headed our way carrying trays of raw food and skewers.

We are having barbequeeeeee!!!! I celebrated inside my head but the room had a more eerie presence than the party inside my head.

~SIZZLE~ the fat from the raw meat and vegetables created smells of fresh herbs and lemon lingered of the barbeque into my nose and tenderness of the meat as my knife buttered through it. Without a warning my mouth watered down onto the plate making me loss all manners and just as I was about to tear down to eat my dad spoke.

"Your mother and I have decided to send you to live with our childhood friend."

"What? W-why?? huh?? Did I.. miss something"

"We are doing the best for you", my mom stated with such rage hidden behind her melodious voice that my spine shivered and I felt as though death awaits if I were to disagree.
