Dusk dreamed of becoming a high sorcerer like his idol, Star Swirl the Bearded. One day coming out of the library, he found a book that he believed was an ordinary storybook. But then he discovers that the book could be more than a story.



When being asked to oversee "The Sunset Celebration." Dusk is preparing for the upcoming return of the queen of the night, Nightmare Moon. And by doing so, he is pursued by five girls that want him to defeat her. But he feels that they would get in his way. What will Dusk accomplish?
