Mysterious room

Alfin put all his strength to move forward but he collapsed after taking couple of steps, he was not able move any further. He tried many times again but was unable to do so, he was finally tired then he went back on island to take some rest and to eat something. He had to hunt underwater monsters as there were none on the island.

Alfin was stubborn so he made his mission to reach the end of the path in underwater cave and see what was inside, and he will not leave this island until he had seen what was inside. After taking some rest he went back there again to try his luck but was unable to do anything better then before, he started using aura force to boost himself but was only able to go three more steps and collapsing again.

He was so frustrated that he started doubting himself, he thought of himself to be quite strong but this was a blow to his pride but he will not give up. He kept trying all day but the result was same, in return of putting so much pressure has increased his capacity for aura force and widened the channels from which the aura force flows inside his body. He could also use the pressure from the cave path to get himself stronger.

The underwater cave path was a kilometer long and Alfin took hundred years to cross this path, at the end of path the pressure was so strong that it could crush a boulder to powder within seconds. He has also gotten stronger as he was trying to cross the path his body has also become stronger, with only his physical strength he could destroy a horde of monsters. His capacity for the aura force was the thing that has progressed the most.

At the end of the cave path there was a room that was very dark but he could see very clearly as his eyesight was very good. There was a pedestal in the center of the room and there was a sword which was half stuck inside it, there was also carvings on the walls of the which he could not understand as it looked like some ancient language but just looking at it gave him severe headache, he was dizzy just by looking at it for a second.

He ignored the writings on the wall and tried to grab the sword, he realized that he could not pull the sword out of the pedestal. Alfin cursed at himself and his bad luck that he wasted his hundred years in this desolate island though he has not aged even a little, he was not able to gain anything from here, he wanted to bang his on the wall right now.

He noticed the sword and notice that it was a short sword which he usually prefers to use, now he really wanted the sword. He tried to pull it out with both his hands but was only able to budge a little, the sword was really heavy and he needed more strength to pull it out. Even he was able to pull it out he will not be able to use it as it was way to heavy.

He started thinking that sword was the reason for the pressure in the path outside as there was no pressure in the room. He again started doing the same thing which he did for the last hundred years but without using his aura force this time. And he knew that it that it would take him a long time to take out the sword from pedestal and even more time to be able to use it.

It took him another fifty years to pull the sword out from the pedestal but he was really not able to lift it properly from the ground and he should even forget about swinging it. Alfin started thinking who was the owner of the sword and how strong he would be to use this sword, he would have been someone who would have been stuck in this world just like him.

And he was able to notice another anomaly that was the pressure was caused by the ancient writings on the wall not by the sword. He had tried to understand it many times and he was able to get some familiar vibes from it but he was unable to understand it and it was hard to focus on the writings as they will cause him headache every time he tries to read them for a prolonged period of time.

From the next day onwards it has become his routine to stare on the wall until he gets dizzy from headache and to swing the sword. Both the works were so difficult that he was tired of it but he did not give up because he knew there were people who were hundred times or even stronger than him, which gave him willpower to go on without stopping.
