The Turkish recipe Mr Cabrera had just put to my knowledge with his detailed description, gave me the impression of a ceremonious cuisine.

"Thank you, Mr Cabrera... It's just breakfast," I caught sight of Humberto's gaze, "What I'm trying to say is... Let's just keep things simple... What you just described would do for a Family Thanksgiving."

My words must have cut his ego, and hurt him more than he cared to show because his lips tightened with no words coming from his vocals.

"Enough with the long discourse," Humberto began, "A man would die of hunger before you both came to a conclusion on the matter." He removed his eyes from me, and focused his gaze on the Chef guy, "A cup of espresso would do. Decide whatever you think would go with it."
