The call dropped immediately Lucy made her last revelation. Deliberately choosing to ignore the effect the intel had had on her, Belinda went on with her meal. However, after two spoonfuls, the realization stung her hard as she could no longer feign ignorance about it.

The news of Nathan's presence in the Magnífico at that instant prompted her not to feel hungry for food anymore, so much that even the remnant of the salad she still had undergoing the mastication process in her mouth, began to taste metallic on the sensors of her tongue.
