I stood up "I know enough. If I'm going to stay with you, you need to at least try to trust me" I said.
He glanced at me "Trust you?" He raised a brow. I nodded "Are you going to tell me why I'm here?" I asked. He sighed "Nope" he stated. I narrowed my eyes slightly and walked closer to him.
"Why not?" I asked in a harsh tone. He grabbed a brown bag made from cloth and grabbed my hand beginning to walk. "We can talk about this later. Right now we have more important things to deal with" He stated.
I scoffed quietly but continued to walk with him. "Where are we going?" I asked.
"We're going to meet some pirates. This little cat, is the start of our journey" He said sheepishly.
"Pirates?! Are you crazy?" I exclaimed.
"Maybe just a little" He smirked.
I blinked and we continued walking for about an hour. We talked, having mainly random conversations about our interests and adventures. Surprisingly I enjoyed talking with him. Of course he made a few comments that made me blush, but I liked it. Obviously I wasn't going to tell him that. Eventually we made our way out of the forest and inside an old bar near the docks. I looked around seeing pirates, townsfolk, and gamblers.
"Woah" I mumbled as my pupils doubled in size.
